Just IMO, it's a mistake not to mention Uptown and Harlem on the list of locations (anywhere from 113th street, up) - the city is more than just Central Park, UWS, UES, Midtown and Dtown. As a New Yorker, I found a ton of GREAT apartment options in Harlem, Morningside, etc -- and not to mention great restaurants, bars, etc....Uptown is just as important as any area if you're looking to live in the city...just saying for those wanting to explore options...
@@gloriajones9822 you are so right! I plan on including uptown in my more-affordable upcoming apartment hunt series but I should have definitely mentioned it. Thanks for informing us 🙏
lovely video! welcome to New York :). I'm an UWS native but I'll most likely move to Brooklyn or Queens because the amount of space for half or even the same price of some of these is worth it!
Heather glad to see you again also these tips are helpful because one day I will be living on my own and I need to know what to do when I go apartment hunting prices are very important thanks for the video also I’m doing much better now since me and the group chat are chatting more often and also I started talking to a guy at the start of this month a day after I got my heart broken and crushed by the last guy he is also Mexican so we’re able to talk about similar stuff and relate to things that we have gone through while growing up he told me don’t worry you’ll find someone who will appreciate you and love you let the time take care of it
Hey Jeymi! Always so sweet to hear from you and thanks as always for the support :) i'm happy to hear you're doing much better and great news that you have such supportive friends!! 🙏💫
What is the name of building for apartment #7 as I loved the apartment that took up entire 22nd floor. I hope to move to NYC in 2026 and appreciate all the helpful info you’ve shared. I’d love to see more videos like this of both Manhattan and Brooklyn.
I know those views were amazing! The building is called Towne House Towne in 10016 so excited for you to move to New York. Save up I know you can make it happen :) thanks for your comment I think I’ll do more affordable apartment tour options in other areas now.
Loved apartment 7 what building was that? Very well done video. I’m from Chicago and I rent a 1 bedroom for only &1250 a month it’s 630 square feet and I thought that was a high price. Sheeesh New York is crazy expensive!
Hey, Julie! Apartment 7 is so dreamy yess. It’s called Towne House 10016 Chicago is so nice and absolutely you can get so much space for less and still get the city perks.
Hmm I can totally see how you’d think that, but I took that creative decision in order to better show my emotions for how I felt about each place which I think is better than just a voiceover
Love this video! Thank you for sharing what you learned ♥️ You're saving us a lot of bumps, setbacks and lessons 🙏🏻
So glad you found it helpful! It's a stressful process so I'm happy to help! 😄

I got shocked of that view in apt 7😂
Haha me too!! I was not expecting that at all
Hi pls what is the name of the building for apt 4
That studio is so nice right? The windows!! It’s Carmel Place 10016
5 apartments in a single video are enough.
It helps others save time by not having to go through more videos to see more apartments :)
Thank you for the video. But you really should avoid "the talking head" thing. Looks less professional
