What aspect do you think looks the most broken for Akuma, or are you not feeling him? 🤔
That fireball and the ability to whiff punish with standing roundhouse. His fireballs are ridiculous. They're like damn sonic booms with how fast he recovers.
That ex demon raid is looking pretty damn unreactable. And the fact you can do an air fireball and ex tatsu after it without cost is just an insane neutral tool to have for only 2 bars of drive gauge
Honestly the only professional coverage I've seen of Akuma so far.
It's so hard to find this info anywhere else. Everyone else neglects showing these details.

You forgot to mention akuma stands out as he is the only character in fs6 to have 3 cinematic supers.
He has four if you count his CA too!

For the people
As someone who (sometimes) plays modern, and was looking at playing modern akuma, I appreciate you including anything at all about modern in your video. In the future though, there are a couple important things to include in your video, the specials that can be done with motion inputs (press R3, that’s where you would have found the raging demon input), and the auto combos, particularly the first move. Thanks for the video, can’t wait for Akuma to come out.
I appreciate that and wanted to improve from my Ed preview by showing the Modern controls, but I had no idea there were MORE controls lol. I'll remember it for the future, thanks!

You're the only one that explained the raging demon has the classic input making it so that Akuma has two lv 3 CAs
?? Or people just need to read instead of assuming Raging Demon is the CA version of his SA3

5:41 you had to click the right stick to switch to manual/command input since it's not a easy input.(still thx for showing mordern I was wondering what he has normal-wise)

I wish raging demon will have another higher upgrade too...this version of raging demon is the best but i wanted to see even energy explosion attacks too in the scene which will do more damage

Tyrant, the Demon Raid, also has a fast fall option like Cammy's hooligan. If you parry, he has enough time to punish throw you.
It isn't as much a fast fall as an empty jump, but yeah I think just blocking high and delaying a jab as Akuma lands is the safest option here (would beat the low also). Jump back button would be safe also if there is space

Empty demon flip into normal grab is what you gotta do

I went to Capcom UK's office to record footage
I kinda am not feeling how SFV he seems. I can pick up nearly every version of Akuma and play him, SFV Akuma was too different to me. I didn't care for that Akuma (or SFV in general), but the only way I'll know if SFVI Akuma plays well with me is once I get my hands on this iteration.
He honestly does not seem as good as I was hoping
But you have to admit he looks dope as fuck
this definitely looks like the worst akuma ever. No invincible teleport as you've said could grab the opponent or even go past them only if they're asleep on the controller, so you can't use it to escape the corner or something like that. No grab on demon flip (raid) means, again as you've rightfully mentioned, you can easily just parry it; have you tried od fireball if it works with it? Moreover back jump air fireball is no more, not even od like sf5 which was an excellent defensive tool. If he has the same vitality as always I believe this akuma will suck pretty bad
Oh no, all the tools that players with no skill relies on are gone…oh nooo. Those things never made him good, how you use his tools are what makes him good.
