While I really liked the looks and the body of the MN45 Toyota Land Cruiser, the list of important improvements and upgrades from the MN45 to the MN99 speaks for itself:
- More body accessories/details
- Two-color body
- Better placement of the battery in the front
- Larger battery capacity
- Larger Motor
- Fully proportional control
- Larger and better transmitter w/ steering trim
- Softer Tires
... and probably more!
At the time of this upload the MN45 was priced at about 40$ while the MN99 was just above $60. The extra 20$ is well worth the upgrades, in my opinion. The larger motor and battery along with the proportional steering, softer tires and the new placement of the battery in the front, makes it a completely different run-time experience.
The MN-99 also looks to be a much easier choice for upgrades: The pre-drilled holes for the extra tail lights are a really cool feature along with the fact that metal drive shafts and shocks are ready available now.
