WATCH | The Springboks greeted with cheers as they touchdown in Toulon

The Springboks received a warm and embracing welcome in Toulon on Monday evening as World Rugby vice-president John Jeffrey congratulated the Boks on their contribution to the World Cup.
Jacques Nienaber's side received their official welcome to the city where France's navy is primarily based, with Tour Royale being the first and most important fort in Toulon's harbour after it was commissioned in 1513 and completed 11 years later.
The Boks chose to stay in Toulon for the World Cup, something that made sense considering that two of their games (Scotland on Sunday and Tonga on 1 October) are in nearby Marseille.
