If the price is 28-30 lacs then its quite expensive, it should be between 22-24 max as several features are missing such as ventilated seats, 360 camera, fully electric driver seat, electric co-driver seat, wireless charging because other then these features all other features are basic features which are available in 15 lacs car as well... infect more features we get in other smaller cars...
You're right. But it is actually 40 lacs on road. I'm watching this video after 2 years and I'm not surprised why I don't see Citroen on the roads at all.
I wonder if the Citroen C5 Aircross becomes the new benchmark in ride quality, or would the next gen (4th) Hyundai Tucson to be launched in late-2022 trump it. I do not see any other crossover SUV to be the contender, especially as regards the 2nd row seat comfort. Not even the soon to be launched Volkswagen Tiguan, as far as the rear seat ride comfort is concerned. Unless, Kia launches Sorento (the sister of Santa Fe) in India around the same time, which has an equally silky smooth ride for the rear seat passengers. Not to mention that all 3 have fantastic combinations of exciting diesel engines and automatic transmission gearboxes (all torque converters obviously, Sorento though might come with the latest DCT that Kia launched it with in South Korea). I am waiting for next gen Tucson and Sorento to be launched in India. But Citroen C5 Aircross is making me wonder if I should bring it into contention too. Although the missing handrest in the second row is a bit of a concern for me, and the 3-seat configuration in the second row really makes sense if you are often travelling mostly with 3 people in the 2nd row. But C5 Aircross has really impressed me with its segment leading plush ride. Impressive, Citroen.. 👍
Drove it in UK for around 600 miles. It shouts out your style quotient with French heritage and highly refined technology. Features are more than expected. Super comfortable n hot selling car over there. It’s superb car with overall kpl of 15 km/litre with great features. Just to add my first hand experience…..

For a normal city usage and few long trips every year(including some beaten path drives on bad roads), does new compass S trim make more sense over C5 top end?
The base model of c5 is more expensive than the top end 4x4 model of the compass but depends on your use as well I am not sure about the availability of spare parts and servicing so considering the compass..

I am planning to buy i20 petrol sportz. (8.55 final price) They are exchanging my 9 year old diesel Ritz in 2 lakh. ( after 1 year it will be not use able in Delhi NCR.) I am choosing i20 sportz petrol over baleno pterol , swift petrol, altroz diesel and jazz petrol. I am switching from diesel to petrol due to price and 10 year diesel policy in NCR. I have ecosport petrol bade model that's why I am not looking for fake compact suv section. Am I doing correct or still need to think again on other options?
No heated seats, no great quality plastics, not great music system, no ac controls in rear, No connected car tech, no internal window shades. Price is between 31-35 lakhs is too huge. Another 5 lakhs we get the Fortuner or luxury sedans. Very disappointed
I dont think it will be successful in India at that price. It is more towards creta, seltos , harrier. Since it is assembled in India it is costly coz of tax. Only good feature it has over others car is adaptive cushion, but that doesn’t justify price that high.People would move to endeavour or fortuner. Car looks small compared to them. @motoroctane

This will be a flop car in India, why u keep small suitcases in boot space, try to keep 23 kgs big bags which we carry to Airports, no one will have tht much small bags, Vehicle looks robust & hence no one will try to buy.
Citroën India is showing how great the suspension of the car is in the advertisement... and u exactly missed out to cover that point... u didn't mention about the suspension.. may it be on the highway or off roads....
Did you mention about the safety of the car or the crash test rating? A car at this price tag doesn’t offer LED headlights is a bad strategy. As a prospective buyer I would rather go with Skoda or BMW or Volvo for a much better and peaceful experience.

Too pricey. Dont think it will be successful. At 30 lakhs i can opt for ford endeveour as well which is full sized suv instead of 5 seater option.

The product is not upto the mark from a segment perspective. Not worth of spending the money on downgraded products. Skoda or Hyundai is far superior.
