Love the fact that Logitech’s best keyboard is finally incorporating mechanical switches and you can swap them! The sound and feel is just so satisfying compared to the existing MX Keys. @iamkelvinzhu
You can swap the keys not the switches. I love my new set up! I have the the combo but I already had the Mx max 3 so upgrading to the 3s wasn’t a big jump but I love them both and happy I upgraded
9:13 The comparison that I'm waiting for.. quiet click on Master 3S compared with Master 3 and even Master 2. The difference is very huge imo. Thank you for this comparison and review. I need that quiet click so bad but I just bought Master 3 two months ago ergh.. will have to wait for MX Master 4
Loved the low profile keys and options to change it. Backlight customisation is a great option. For the mouse they added better tracking sensivitity than the previous version and silent clicks. Bolt receiver is great to connect multiple devices.
Great work explaining in so detail Justin! Logitech did a great work combining productivity and mechanical keys together and I like how they only set single backlight to focus on productivity. As a Software Engineering student, I think I might have just found my perfect keyboard.
I love how the Mx Master 3 has so many customization options, it just fits right in with my workflow where I use the keys to control Teams and Zoom commands for Mute/Unmute and Volume control.
Been using the MX Master 3 for 2 years now! Highly performant mouse that’s never failed me, really glad that Logitech’s releasing a mechanical version of their keyboard as I’ve actually been contemplating getting the MX Keys for a while now!
@@slurpieassist8832 I own the G815 which is the exact same as the G915 but wired instead of wireless. I intentionally chose this one over the G915, not for the price difference, but I actually prefer wired keyboards instead of wireless ones.
I have always loved the MX mice specifically for the glass tracking and though I haven't used a Logitech mechanical keyboard, I would be willing to bet the quality is the same and hands down, the quality aspect for me as a gamer is very important. Battery life at the lengths I have seen on Logitech's offerings for wireless keyboards has me wanting to switch back from Corsair to Logitech, who BTW has been in the game since I was a very young guy ( Now 52! ). Being able to have a backlit keyboard that lasts for what seems to be forever and top notch MX keys has me sold and contemplating my next purchase as I play Destiny 2 for most of the many hours spent on my MacPro. =P Happy Gaming
I've been waiting for a wireless mechanical keyboard that was not oriented towards gaming for years to be used in my office. Was excited when I saw this video, went out and bought it at Best Buy the very next day and... I absolutely love it. Very quiet, brown switches generate very little noises that my clients can't hear when I am on the phone. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you for sharing!
I really like the fact that you can choose between three types of switches and not just one! Props to Logitech for getting into the mechanical keyboard market!!

I like how Logitech got both quieter and louder with this release. 🤣 But seriously, the mx series is the best. Had the mx master 1 and now have the mx master 3. I love them. That mx mechanical mini looks amazing! I am going to consider that one.
Love the flexibility of the MX Mechanical. The brown switches sounds great and the lighting effects are a nice added feature to a form factor that is stunningly low profile.
I love the Logi Mx Keys and Mx Master 3 and use them everyday. I’ve been wanting to use a mechanical keyboard so very exited they’ve introduced one. Thanks for the good reviews!
Just recently purchased the MX Master 3 mouse, it's incredible and that scroll speed is super fast. I love the ability of being able to customize the controls. I never thought about how much a mouse can improve productivity until I committed and took the upgrade.
I really appreciate the mx line has a mechanical version because the normal keyboard is really appreciated so a lot people can finally try mechanical keyboard but is still low profile looking.
The feature that I like the most is the capability to switch between three different devices with simple touch of corresponding keys, which makes it the perfect keyboard for my main PC, iPad and my iPhone all in one.
In university around loads of people, the quiet switches and clicks are what I like most about these new products. Plus mechanical keyboards just look really good.
Thank you for the review Justin, always of great quality. I am also a Logitech MX Series user and very satisfied. I also game sometimes, and I truly appreciate the new line up that is more versatile than ever. I’d go with the Logitech MX keys TKL!
I love that we get a new white (pale grey) colorway for the MX 3s. The best Logitech mouse for noise was the MK470. it's small but you could hear nothing from the click of the mouse. I'm glad they did that to the new MX 3S.
As an accountant, this mechanical mx keys would be a dream typing on that number pad! I’ve been using the mx keys for quite some time now, and having this keyboard surely is a great looking keyboard coz of the minimal design! ❤️ Awesome review as usual!
I like the lightning feature. It have different way to present the light. One feature I love is when you hovering your hand over the keyboard, they will light up automatically.
Just picked up the mx mini today from my local Best Buy. I must say I am pleasantly surprised by this keyboard! I have the tactile-quiet version. The keycaps are very good quality and the keyboard action is great. Multi-device sync and power saving hover/wave backlighting is awesome as well.
I've had luck with my Logitech mouse. I had the original MX performance mouse many years ago and replaced it to a MX master 3 a few months back. I've had very bad luck with their K800 and K810 keyboards on the other hand. While I loved their connectivity, typing feel and backlight options, I had three failures from them. My first one was the K810 which is a mini. The first K810 died after condensation from a cup dropped a few drops of water on it Since I was the one who dropped a few drops of water on it, I purchased another K810 as I really liked it. The second K810 literally died for absolutely no reason. It started to randomly need to be repowered then it just stopped working after a few months. I decided to get the full size one as I somewhat missed my number pad for alt + Numpad commands. On the full size one (K800), the keys fall out and break for absolutely no reason. They were held on by tiny plastic pieces that randomly broke. The plastic tabs are about 1/32" or about .75 or so mm. I still used it with the broken keys then it randomly stopped working. People even tried a class action against them. I don't know if I can trust their keyboards.
I love all of the features mane specially the fact that it's mechanical yet so aesthetic and professional though lowkey i want mouse more than keyboards
My favorite feature is definitely the attention to detail with the creators in mind. I know that's the point of the MX line, but they Logitech knocked it out of the park with the quietness and portability, as well as still being able to jam-pack it with amazing features. I would LOVE to own these products!
Love this video, I love the MX Mechanical (mini). The fact that they offer different switch types for the keyboard and also having backlights is definitely a game changer!
The difference in sound between the switches is whether or not there is a click at the actuation point, which happens part way through the key press. You are bottoming out every key (pressing it past the actuation point, and all the way down until the key hits the base), and virtually the entirety of the noise is the sound of the key bottoming out. There is very little difference in noise between the different switches if you are typing bottoming out every press.
Would help me in completing my postgraduate degree. typing up my thesis with the compact size it will be easy to carry around and the mechanical switches take this series to another level in my opinion
The new keyboard looks amazing in that grey colour scheme and the it being mechanical is a dream. My favourite feature however is definitely the Logi bolt receiver because of how inconsistent Bluetooth can be. This was the reason I decided to not get the mix keys mini and had to pass on getting a new keyboard
I’ve always hoped Logitech would release a silent MX series mouse and I am extremely excited after hearing the mouse click comparison! I hope Logitech releases MX anywhere 3s soon! Oh love the keyboards btw
Just got it in the mail, and now I'm returning it. It's a pleasure to type on, but it's hugely lacking in customizability. I have no intention of using the easy-switch feature, so the first three function keys are useless. You can double-press the play button to play the next track, but you can't triple-press to play the previous track.
I’m obsessed. Def want the mini!!!!!!!! I’ve been thinking about getting a mechanical keyboard, and the mini would be perfect. I have the MX Master keys, and love it so much so I know that the mini would be a great addition to my tech setup.

Didn't realize the MX Master 3S was released, too! I recently ordered the Lift (which is ultra quiet), so try one. I've now subscribed, nice review, Justin. Really powerful.
Oh, one thing about the button customization, I have found that the MX Master 2 and 3 occasionally don't replay keyboard shortcuts (say cmd+shift+C to Snagit on the Mac) reliably. Not an issue with other Logitech mice.
As a programmer, I am really excited to buy the MX mechanical mini, I’ve never tried mechanical keyboard that is wireless, so I would be happy to try one

@@JustinTse Amazing, thanks so much Justin!
Non mechanical mx mini is much nicer to use (I've used both). Quality isn't great though. Keycaps are wearing out after year of usage.

Love the low profile mechanical switches, good to have a big brand going this way !
Totally! I'm using the Keychron K3 and it's great!
ya its rad I have a Nuphy 75 and other mechanical keyboards from the custom world. Love the new products coming out

idk about u, but i like the click, it gives u that audible response.
It's nice seeing Logitech step up their series even more when their current lineup is amazing! Excited about the new "mechanical keyboard"!

they make mechanical gaming keyboards

Wow, what a clean video showing differences on past Logi MX products. That mini keyboard looks great and with a metal back plate it sounds great!
I absolutely adore the options of the tactile feedback options! A great way to cater to the diverse range of needs! 😊
Awesome to see this! Still a scissor switch fan due to the silence and affordability (especially for work), but more variety is always good. 😄

The angle is everything on this mechanical mini keyboard. I wanted to love the Keychron K3 and K1 but the typing angles did not work for me.
I haven't used a mechanical keyboard, at least not yet but having keyboards that give me the clicky and audible feel is definitely my go to
I really like the fact that you can choose between three types of switches and not just one! Props to Logitech for getting into the mechanical keyboard market!!
They’re so popular in the mechanical keyboard market for years already!?
Already loved what Logitech brought with the MX keys, having that WITH mechanical keys and on such a slim and small footprint is awesome.
I love how compact the keyboards are. I have tried the normal mechanical keyboards but theres something about a flatter keyboard that looks good
