Thank you for the clarifying.... However, my interview was rescheduled From April 2021 to December 2021 which made it more than 2 years since the filing.. my immigration lawyer also told me what I will receive is an IR1 as its more than 2 years.. unfortunately what i received is CR1.. why did that happen??

Hello please response me!! I am US citizen spouse.. My husband filed my case on December 2020 and USCIS approved my case within 3 month (March 2021).. and my case is in NVC since we submitted all document in April and next mail in May 2021 sent by NVC saying that check messages.. All document are Accepted and they asked W2 document.. we uploaded it in May2021 now nothing email has been sent by NVC… Does accepted document means Documentary qualified? What is the next step?How much time may take to get interview.. My USCIS processing time was very short so please tell me🙏🙏

Hi, Thanks, great information. Question: where (official website) does it say the relevant point in time for CR1/IR1 is the day of receiving the green card, so far I have heard the relevant day is the time of entry. Or do you see the time of entry as the time of receiving the green card due to the I551 entry stamp?

Mine currently says cr1 but we’ll be married over 2 years in august. Does this mean the NVC expects me to get my green card before this time? If I receive my green card after our 2nd anniversary, will it still be conditional? Even though it’s been over two years?

,if a US citizen spouse is married to a Moroccan citizen (in a Moroccan Court and everything is legal). is it possible If the American spouse wants to do all the paper work in Morocco without flying back to the States ?? ( like online applying and faxing all the needed documents ) because she wants to stay in Morocco until they get the visa so that they leave together.

I like your video very much very informative I have a question I have been married to a Filipina for 15 years when we got married she had a daughter that was one year old and now she is 16 years old my question is if I apply for my wife that I have been married to for 15 years and she lives in the Philippines can I include my stepdaughter on the IR1 that I fill out for my wife or do I need to fill out a separate application for my stepdaughter also or is my stepdaughter which is a minor included in my spouse visa application I've heard different stories that she is included in my wife's application and only one application needs to be filled out and all my stepdaughter has to do is go to the medical with my wife and go to the embassy with my wife to get a visa for her also or does my step daughter need a separate application that I need to fill out for her also for the different filing fee if you can answer that I'd appreciate it and yes I'm an American citizen and I was married to her in 2007 so we've been married 15 years
