♧Ingredients
-Matcha cake
30*23 square fan
4 eggs
40g milk
100g sugar
30 g vegetable oil
95g cake powder
1/2 tsp salt
25g matcha powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-Whipped cream
250 g heavy cream
20g sugar
150g mascarpone cheese
♧TIP
-The meringue must be firm so that it has a soft texture when baked.
-I put Shine Muscat on top with cream.
You can add your favorite fruit like kiwi or orange.
