@@windrushwargamers2745 I've got the layout with strips from a cd racks MDF backboard and a whole corner of the garage piled with polystyrene ready to go! So now it's finding the right balance between giant crumbling stairs and playable terrain for the Quest of the Ringbearer scenario

@@windrushwargamers2745 Grey Company for a tournament in March and I keep trying to finish the dismounts for my Great Beast, but even though they are mostly the old metal orc bowmen, I'm having a hard time getting motivated!

@@windrushwargamers2745 Built and painted shelob this week. Shelob's legs were about all my hobbyist skill (and patience) could handle. Now I'm just learning to use her ladyship in a game. Your evil proxy video sold me on the hobby. Most of my cirith ungol army is Oathmark fellas outside the named heros. Love your videos Windrush, keep up the great work!

I have an idea floating around in my head, which maybe is suitable for you as well. I thought about making the Celebrimbor-banner, Sauron used when attacking the Grey Havens.

@@windrushwargamers2745 I think I would use the body of the plastic Berserker from the bomb team, repose him to a more crucified position, swap the head for an elven one, and mount the whole thing onto a fitting "wooden" structure. Maybe add some arrows (as far as I remember part of his torture was being shot with arrows) and an Eye of Sauron carved into his chest or smth like that
@@Old_Shatterhans That sounds sick man! He will be shredded with the berserker torso. I might use a historical chest for it if I can find one as I am fresh out of berserkers :)

@Windrush Wargamers I'm at the tail end of a small 40k genestealer project. Should finish that this week. Then I have to paint up some late additions to my Autumn themed Balin's expedition army for a small tournament next month. I have an OOP Khazad Guard captain that I want to do some conversions on. After that tournament I'll get swinging on an army of goat riders. Painted up with a Spring theme. And I'd just like to see you keep following your passion. That's how we get the truly creative things done. Maybe use the seasons or holidays for inspiration?

@Windrush Wargamers Working on it! I figure I'll be dead just after finishing Winter! I keep getting side tracked with little additions or other projects. Guess it keeps things fresh, though.

I think these will fit right in to my fleet although it's not middle earth it's my own world building project I think having these would be cool for body guards would be cool
