The two squats in the foreground of the first image were made as miniatures. The one to the right is actually carrying a flamer that is fed from a tank on his back. The other figure was called 'Colt Stoner' (all the metal Squat minis were named after guns) but I don't know exactly what his weapon was supposed to be. I've always treated it as a lasgun on the figures I have.
I think in Shaun of the Dead, they threw records at a zombie in their backyard. Also, in Hellraiser 3, the Cenobites converted the DJ at a club into a CD-throwing monstrosity.
@SnakeWorksStudio The mattress was in the 1st and 2nd films. In Hellraiser 3, a nightclub owner is seduced by the Pillar of Souls, from which he frees Pinhead by killing hot chicks.
at Comicon 2010 there was a Tron Legacy panel and they recorded the audience chanting and cheering to use in the stadium scene so I'm technically in that movie
I miss the way Oldhammer and Rogue Trader made the Space Marines look absolutely horrifying. Scars, wounds, wiring coming out of uncomfortable places. Nowadays, they look like male underwear models in trendy shop catalogs.
I loved the old Squat armor. That's the thing that first got me into the game. Then they where suddenly gone. There was an image on the back of White Dwarf, of a hallway battle between the Squats and Orks. It was like a cutaway with real minis. That was what hooked me till this day.
Just got my 40k hardcover first of Rogue Trader in the mail. Took me straight back to the 80s, carefully leafing through it. I like the last image best - those ork paws are proper paws indeed, & with, apparently, four digits each only! 😄👍
For the first squat image, I have some squat minis (with what I assumed were lasguns) that look fairly similar to the gun in the painting. Kind of a "boxyer" looking lasgun
"10 internet cookies if you can remember those guys" .... you just brought up repressed memories of london's burning. Why would you do dis? XD Id also say the squat on the right is using an old school assault cannon, that looks almost like the one you used to get in Space Crusade.
12:36 Third one gets a lot of hate and isn't as good as the original, but it's a perfectly fine goofy movie. It's certainly much better than Son of Crocodile Dundee.
I joinedin with the sing a long 😃. The firs croc dd is the best, but the sequel was an ok roud out of the story. I think there may have been a part 3 but i can't remember any details wich means it was probably shit, my brian is good like that 😊
I am getting into the Horus Heresy and some of the ART is just ATROCIOUS! I own several old Codexes.... For Warhammer Fantasy and 40K! I would say from 4th edition to 7th... 3th Edition is also bad ass. BAD ASS. And then... NOTHING! Just Digital Artwork that is rushed and LACK LUSTER! And it'S not only GW! I got the Marvel Crisis Protocol starter... and the Artwork is cool, but really.... kinda LACKLUSTER! I as an Artist have an Eye for that. We need this Old ARTWORK STYLE to Come back!

Hellraiser 3 was weird! I just remember a bed in a night club?

That’s awesome! I like those movies. You did well!

You liked the messed up look! It was weird and wonderful wasn’t it

I think I remember that. Were there mentor legion too?
@@SnakeWorksStudio I don't remember, let me try to find an image. It was minis, not art, but still cool
LoL in searching for the image, of "squats white dwarf battle cut away" your image popped up
Can't find it, but I think it was the back of 111

Did you watch Londons burning too?
@@SnakeWorksStudio I had to endure it when my mum put it on yes XD and neighbours....and home n away oh god the repressed MEMORIES!
They were happy times surely? The 90’s!
Are they chocolate chip?
Watch Night of the Hunter. That'll tell you the story of the LOVE/HATE tattoos
A movie or tv show?
@SnakeWorksStudio Movie. it's an old classic. Highly recommended

The first croc? As in ps1 game?
@SnakeWorksStudio no, crocodile Dundee.

2:22 ahhh, the good old times, when creators of the Matrix movie were a REAL MEN.
