I loved watching Samin and learning more about food on the Netflix. Now that I have seen this interview I am reminded she is such a gifted communicator and teacher. Thank you Samin.
I wish I got the hardcover version. The ebook on kindle on my computer is okay, but I can't see the pictures very well. If you have the money; get the hardcover.
ok. I love love love Samin so this is not about her but is anyone as annoyed as I am with the CBS morning who kept calling her "Nosrat" and being just rude? Please do your research CBS woman
Salt is way, way, overrated. Unless you are Russian, Greek, English working class etc; then it is a pillar of your cooking. Or if you are an excellent French cook. Most people's cooking would be improved if they left out almost all the salt in most dishes If you are this excellent French cook, then rethink the salt a bit.
JESUS! OF course not. She's a successful chef with a book, and a show, and shes almost completely self-built. She's an amazing woman, and here you are hating on HER. DAMN. LOOKS.
