I’m addicted to the Netflix series. I’ve watched it at least 5 times. I’m looking for it in DVD form. I found it on EBay but it had sold out. 😔 I’m probably going to stand in front of my tv holding this iPad to record it. 😂
Very well done, Bravo. I am reading that great book now,( skipped ahead once or twice ) and made meat rogue:( never eat a spaghetti sauce like that before), but I am on about page 80,. I purchased 2 more volumes , for my son and daughter. I like your analysis and have subscribed.
@@rahulvaddepalli how to use each element in the best way. I especially learned how to not over salt food and the necessity for layering and balancing ingredients. I’m just a home cook but love learning new cooking techniques.
Good video dude! You are so right! I try to get everybody I know to watch those videos on RUclips or that series. I’m a pretty great cook as it is but I still watch those Videos over and over and keep picking up stuff. The series cooked is pretty good as well
Awww good job! I think you would have gotten more views if your “talking points” scenes were set a bit more professionally, better background and lightning…. Would be…. How you say…. HEAT.
Hey, thanks for the video. Can I ask if the book also covers different spices & herbs and what to use them with, that's where I'm struggling the most! Thanks
Hopefully this will help despite how old the post is but lot of people recommend "The Flavor Bible" The video's book goes over more of the fundamental and basic. Utilizing herbs and spices is more targeted for creating something new from the basic ie cultural foods differ by spices and herbs but almost everyone uses the same protein/ingredients
@@JoMama42069 thank you! When I heard about the book in the video, I thought it was the one you mentioned and thought " The book showed up, I must be ready to learn". I was "introduced" to its existence more than 10 years ago but I didn't pay attention. A few months later I realized its importance but couldn't remember the name, just that it taught to cook. Still don't know how as he described: knowing what to do with the food in the fridge.
Just about to start reading it.
Your style is raw but high quality, I see tons of potential. Keep at it man, you're gonna make it big one day!
