Julia! Oh my goodness, so great to hear from you! How's math going? Haha!!!
How are you doing? (I'm on Facebook if you'd like to respond which I figure might be easier.)

Thank you for this. Can you recommend a way to put socks on with back pain? To me that is harder since I am putting weight on the foot that is elevated. Thank you for your help.

Hey sir, I have a question that's unrelated to this video. I was watching an old video of yours about how to breathe to relax the pelvic floor. I have been to a pelvic floor therapist and they recommended that on the inhale I relax and on the exhale I contract. When I do this however everytime I contract it hurts and makes it more difficult to relax, until it's impossible to relax anymore upon my in breath. My therapist said that I should stop the contracting and let my muscles relax for a few breaths and then continue to relax and contract again with each in and out breath etc. What are your thoughts on this? Is it bad for my pelvic floor if I don't contract upon exhalation? Should I focus on learning to contract upon exhalation? Sorry for the long question 😂

Hey Maurice, thank you for the question. I'm not attached to any particular breathing strategy as long as the outcome is positive. In your case, are you trying to contract or is the contraction happening without you trying to do it?

@@VonGilletteFitness I know I’m late but I’m also someone with pain due to pelvic tightness, just wanted to check in on any advice you may have from your experience with it (saw your video and a comment which said the pain returned but you got rid of it again), as well as an update with your situation. Thanks for the videos!!
