I stayed here last week for my sisters wedding, good wedding. I love this place, it is by far the smartest and most interesting hotel i have ever stayed at. I stayed in room 71 in the new part of the abbey, the room was fantastic and with air con, thank godness as it was a hot day, i am not sure if the old part has air con in rooms. I recommend this hotel to anybody that can afford it, it is fantastic. The drinks are expensive but everything else is set for a King or Queen. 11 out of 10 from me.

The staff and management here are very arrogant and rude. They behave as though everyone is beneath them. We have also sensed racism from their attitude. Their behaviour becomes abit more friendly as soon as they want your money
