These both look like the new freestyle ones. Both pairs have non elasticated cuffs and have the hexagon printed protection on the shins. In the pictures of the trousers on various sites the black and red options also have the back bit for brace attachments but the blue and purple don't. Very confusing. Any ideas? Cheers
Hey I would go for the breathflex pros over the freestyle as the freestyle are more of a snug fit. Best bet would be to go to your local dealer of Arbortec clothing and see which size gives the fellers enough room. Or you could order a couple sizes and send back the ones that don’t fit. Hope this helps
happy about these changes
What is the benefit or purpose of the back piece?
Is the blue pair the "aqua" color option I'm seeing online? Great review, thanks!
Yes they are the freestyle Aqua colour 👍🏻

Tell the truth I’m not sure. Best best is to look for the pair with no back bit. With out the back bit defo makes them even better in my option
Is that at your home? If so where are you located man it beautiful!!
Yep hope sweet home up in the north west England.
Great review, is there chainsaw protection in the thigh area?
Yes there is you may want to go for type C tho then your super safe 👌🏻
Any recommendations for stout guys? I'm 6'1", 250 lbs. Looking for saw pants that give the "fellas" a little breathing room...
