Hugo sounded a bit wimpy back then . He obviously studied Perry and worked on it for a few years . Who knows , the Journey singer can't hit the high notes anymore , They have 3 singers now so he gets a break in the set .

If you disagree, then you know nothing about singing and shouldn't voice your opinions on the matter without understanding any of it
Arnel voice is powerful and great in his early years in journey but after night by night concert, the voice slowly fading but still great in other songs like in Chicago
