I feel that each YBA update is 1 step forward but 7 steps backwards. Sure, he fixed the infinite combo with tusk, but he also added bugs such as a 1v1 map becoming the back rooms, the invincible guy being able to attack you with a sword, and many models just not existing. These are just to name a few of the newer ones, but it took a month for potentially more bad than good. Thanks Eclipse for having a spine and sticking up for what you believe in.
Another D4C bug I found is that when you desummon D4C while manually exiting your dimension, you are invisible until you move, allowing you to pose until full health
Adding onto this real quick, upon exit, everyone else sees that you're in the spot that you entered your dimension with. You need to move away a bit so you don't get hit.
Eclipse, I do hope you're going to keep doing what you actually like to do for content and not force yourself to play the broken and shitty ass game that is YBA, keep doing what you like and expanding your games. True, you can basically watch eclipse’s content regardless of which game he plays cuz his ability to commentate, be honest, his humor and the ability to do proper research just shows. Thus his video’s feel more like a game focused edutainment video.

something that is bothersome is that i reported the D4C LT + Pluck bug on the 6th of August and sent multiple videos of this bug to admins i don't know how far to the devs it got but hey! who's surprised?
I think that an important thing to bring up is the developer’s responses to dupe glitches for lucky arrows and skins. I was playing at the time of the two previous “big dupes”, the first big dupe was only lucky arrows. They patched the dupe in less than 6 hours. The second was much easier to do than the previous, and you could even dupe skins with it because it took advantage of how trading worked. It was patched in 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES. It took them less then a hour to parch a duping bug, because skins = money, but they can’t be bothered to fix game breaking bugs because of “school”. Also Uzu’s whole approach to being a dev is just awful. Either he hates having to do “work”, or thinks that being silent is so cool and mysterious. Say what you (mocking you in the discord is just sad) will about Paragon, but he is the only glimpse we get into ANY development being the game. The guy who has no hands in development is the one giving us the most info.

I can't help but feel respect for eclipse at this point. Although I came here because of the YBA content and I'm not particularly a fan of any of the other games he uploads (I only played battlefield 1 but that's it) I'm already used to eclipse, some might say I'm attached to him, and I can't just unsuscribe for a mere change of content. Eclipse videos are something I look forward to every day and that won't change.

Hey Eclipse, I’m really glad you’re sticking your ground and not supporting YBA as of current. I feel like at the current rate, YBA will begin to die out if they don’t actually do something, and this is a good way of getting their attention to actually try and commit to a change. And personally, any change they make I believe will not be permanent in the slightest. It’ll just be better for a bit and return to how it is right now after a few months. Still, hope the best for you and the channel as a whole.
I don't think it will die. Even when it did not an update for 1 year, it still had 10k players. At this point even if they still fix the bugs after 1 month, it won't matter and game gets updated every 2 month.

the main reason i feel why yba has a returning playerbase is because the effort put into the stands are fairly impressive for a roblox game and its the only jojo game on the platform worth sticking around for. Not to mention a lot of the younger yba playerbase finds way too much joy in beatdowning somebody and going "funny bd"

Everyone please keep in mind the infinite fix should of realistically taken less then 3 minutes. I have edited origins for my friends on a modded mc server, taking and editing their values and code to their liking (think of a species/class if u haven't heard of it before) One specific instance to call upon is when a origin I edited was overturned on a passive, this passive being that it dealt too much damage with its fists. It took me 1 minute to go find the passive and lower its value, then another to put it into a world and check if it worked, 2 minutes to fix a simple value mistake, and this is my only experience messing with code at all It took yba a month to do this with multiple more experienced devs actually making money, and me 2 minutes in my free time for some friends with no actual coding knowledge TLDR I did what yba took a month to do in 2 minutes free of charge for some friends with no prior coding experience or learning

Honestly, the only thing that'll bring ME or even most long time players back to YBA would be a new gamemode with good replay value (Obviously along with good balance changes not having shit be broken but in terms of actual content, a new gamemode is the pretty much what will make the most people come back)

Hey eclipse, great vid, these more down-to-earth videos about the state of your channel and yba have been a great insight into how you feel about these things, and I see your perspective but I do have a couple of criticism I wanted to point out: - The video from the halfway point onwards feels like some sort of an exit scam, but not one where you want to milk money, but one where you release some pent up rage over the past years. For example the D4C Love Train pluck bug, I've legit seen no one ever use that, no over ever says anything in chat, nothing in 1v1s, sure there are probably RUclips videos that showcase it, but they probably has less views than the amount of comments your videos get. *I get it, your done with the game but do you really have to popularize another glitch as one last "fuck you!" to the player base?* As i said before, Im glad that your coming out with these analysis-type videos in order to get the point along that the channel isnt going to be carried by yba and your finally stepping outside of the bubble in order to do what you love. But with the announcement that your leaving yba, your were much more calm, and actually explained why you were leaving, you didn't say that "you deserved to get beaten by d4c pluck players" in that video yet you do in this one? You even acknowledge that you are a "total piece of shit" for saying that people deserve to get hit by pluck love train simply because they want to see yba churn out more content than have one update of the year be devoted to just bug fixes, and that's just how some people stand on the issue. I also saw comments that do point out how the dev team mocks you with emoji's and stickers, and yeah, that is a terrible look for the devs of the biggest Roblox jojo game but then again you have "0 respect" for people who just wanna play the game. The YBA dev team would benefit 1000x times more if they simply communicated with the people that actually play their game, especially the big content creators who are older than 9 years old. And even after all of that, the way you present your videos with either a extremely aggressive or passive aggressive tone hurts the legit arguments that you want to make, and it makes people think that your nothing but a pessimistic asshole who wants no one to have fun. Once again, do you have to fuck over the player base before you take another hiatus? Uzu could come out with a QNA, and state everything, or you could prove me totally wrong by giving me examples of the shit that you see, and I wouldn't be opposed to that at all, i hope you see this comment infact so that i can have some sort of conversation with you or other people. When I first experienced the stun from wormhole uppercut I actually thought it was on purpose. Even then I thought it was dumb though. After I found out that it was broken I actually felt better because in my mind it meant that at some point they at least were going to fix it soon. Obviously me and anyone who thought this way were very sadly mistaken. The fact something so broken and yet so easy to fix (according to other developers) was just left there ruining the game for as long as it was somehow still has me dumbfounded. Don't get me wrong, given YBA's track record it doesn't stick out honestly, but the fact the game has been getting somewhat frequent updates again, I thought a patch wouldn't take more than a week at most. Clearly even though my hopes for this game at this point aren't even that high anymore, what little hope and expectation I had was *still* far too much. Eclipse has been doing YBA for years. When he cut his slack for the game back when the christmas update came out I gained even more respect for him, and now that he's put his foot down until the people behind this game act even slightly competent, It's no different. I'm right there with him at this point. Call me crazy if you like but the team who work on YBA are just as incompetent as bandai. Both work on anime games, both leave things in a poor state for a long time or just flat out leave them entirely, and they both having little to no communication with the people who play their games. Also, I agree when it comes to paragon. I have more respect for him than Uzu. I actually feel bad for him and the rest of the team that they have to deal with someone like him. I think that maybe the D4C ‘bug’ is part of preparing for the spin update as the spin may have a golden spin unlock that bypasses love train so for love train to still be in the ‘meta’, it needed a pre buff

At this point YBA needs a test server. Everything update is a guaranteed bug at this point and all the mods do is use broly and mera in 1v1s to get ranked. (They only recently started taking ban reports.)

You know what makes me angry the most? The fact that Uzu will make dozens of claims of why he has no time to fix GAME-BREAKING BUGS like Tusk Act 4's infinite combo, but I VERY CLEARLY AND DISTINCTLY REMEMBER that when the dupe glitch was found IT WAS PATCHED WITHIN 3 HOURS! Basically, when the integrity of the game is at stake, he does not give a damn, but when his money (stands skins due to people duping lucky arrows) is at stake, he needs to fix it ASAP. This is simply unfair, pathetic, and not what a developer should be like.
Next update: C moon gets one more move that has 20 seconds worth of stun when hit. 10 seconds of bleed. You lose a limb. Your ip is leaked. Your account is deleted. Your life is depleted and it does 88.8 damage with 5 seconds of cooldown and ignores boxing and hamon and other spec health passives. That’ll get eclipse to play yba again right?
So i uncovered 3 bugs from this single update - GDS 1v1s map kicks you out into the void - If a KC/KCR is still in TE after a TS, they can use moves DURING THE TE IMMORTALITY - Shiny Mista, Shiny Diego and Spooky Diavolo hair have no texture
I love how even in the video that isnt supposed to be more than a background video of Eclipse killing npcs with TA4 He literally makes one boss dissapear out of existence with one skill and manages to get out of the map with the SAME skill It wasnt even intended to show this bugs it just straight happened
when you play YBA a lot it just becomes a skin grinding simulator, and when they release a big update you might as well join for a couple of hours and then leave because you’ve done everything in the update and then repeat
Probably the thing I hate most is that in order to fix ta4, which should take only minutes, they had to include skins. One of which is just a white boring recolor. There was 0 reason to not fix it in a shadow update

The main reason I quit was because the devs don’t pay attention, they know that people only pay attention to skins because there is literally nothing else to do and people are bored and asking for new shit that should’ve been added years ago, yet they don’t do shit and just add more skins until eventually they might do one new stand or rework but that’s not fucking good enough, no new mechanics, no new spec storage, no major bug fix, no mobile fix, nothing. As a long term supporter of YBA it really hurt to see all the hatred it got shortly after the CD rework, I very quickly understood why after booting up 1v1s. The only time in YBA history where an OP bug got fixed in a reasonable amount of time was something between the KQ:BTD one-shot from using BTD

I can't help but feel respect for eclipse at this point. Although I came here because of the YBA content and I'm not particularly a fan of any of the other games he uploads (I only played battlefield 1 but that's it) I'm already used to eclipse, some might say I'm attached to him, and I can't just unsuscribe for a mere change of content. Eclipse videos are something I look forward to every day and that won't change.

Hey Eclipse, I’m really glad you’re sticking your ground and not supporting YBA as of current. I feel like at the current rate, YBA will begin to die out if they don’t actually do something, and this is a good way of getting their attention to actually try and commit to a change. And personally, any change they make I believe will not be permanent in the slightest. It’ll just be better for a bit and return to how it is right now after a few months. Still, hope the best for you and the channel as a whole.
I don't think it will die. Even when it did not an update for 1 year, it still had 10k players. At this point even if they still fix the bugs after 1 month, it won't matter and game gets updated every 2 month.

You know how a game's team is lazy (or owner) when you change the names of the characters in story mode back to the original, but the dialogues are still with the "copyright" names
the main reason i feel why yba has a returning playerbase is because the effort put into the stands are fairly impressive for a roblox game and its the only jojo game on the platform worth sticking around for. Not to mention a lot of the younger yba playerbase finds way too much joy in beatdowning somebody and going "funny bd"

Everyone please keep in mind the infinite fix should of realistically taken less then 3 minutes. I have edited origins for my friends on a modded mc server, taking and editing their values and code to their liking (think of a species/class if u haven't heard of it before)
One specific instance to call upon is when a origin I edited was overturned on a passive, this passive being that it dealt too much damage with its fists. It took me 1 minute to go find the passive and lower its value, then another to put it into a world and check if it worked, 2 minutes to fix a simple value mistake, and this is my only experience messing with code at all
It took yba a month to do this with multiple more experienced devs actually making money, and me 2 minutes in my free time for some friends with no actual coding knowledge
TLDR I did what yba took a month to do in 2 minutes free of charge for some friends with no prior coding experience or learning

Hey eclipse, great vid, these more down-to-earth videos about the state of your channel and yba have been a great insight into how you feel about these things, and I see your perspective but I do have a couple of criticism I wanted to point out:
- The video from the halfway point onwards feels like some sort of an exit scam, but not one where you want to milk money, but one where you release some pent up rage over the past years. For example the D4C Love Train pluck bug, I've legit seen no one ever use that, no over ever says anything in chat, nothing in 1v1s, sure there are probably RUclips videos that showcase it, but they probably has less views than the amount of comments your videos get. *I get it, your done with the game but do you really have to popularize another glitch as one last "fuck you!" to the player base?* As i said before, Im glad that your coming out with these analysis-type videos in order to get the point along that the channel isnt going to be carried by yba and your finally stepping outside of the bubble in order to do what you love. But with the announcement that your leaving yba, your were much more calm, and actually explained why you were leaving, you didn't say that "you deserved to get beaten by d4c pluck players" in that video yet you do in this one?
You even acknowledge that you are a "total piece of shit" for saying that people deserve to get hit by pluck love train simply because they want to see yba churn out more content than have one update of the year be devoted to just bug fixes, and that's just how some people stand on the issue.
I also saw comments that do point out how the dev team mocks you with emoji's and stickers, and yeah, that is a terrible look for the devs of the biggest Roblox jojo game but then again you have "0 respect" for people who just wanna play the game. (*I also wanna ad that any sentence along the lines of "and if you wanna play the game that's just fine!" is kinda invalidated by the fact that you also state that "if you continue to support yba, I have 0 respect for you and you deserve to have that happen to you"*)
- I also wanna say that most of the arguments for your "detractors" aren't saying that your truely a piece of shit who expects everything to be perfect and just fine at launch, I think its more about how some people SEE you talk about some things like a Christmas update and THINK that your a total piece of shit, I mean i would too if i saw a man have a total meltdown over a Roblox jojo game update. Not many people can sit there for 10 minutes screaming at the microphone about roblox and get over 100k views (honestly I commend you for that). Just saying, maybe screaming at the microphone about skins being added doesn't get the point you want across better, it only makes people think that your worse than you actually are. For most of your criticisms with yba, we've only heard your side of the story and barely heard from the devs themselves, an argument can be made that the devs simply dont care, and the fact that they would rather mock you with stickers and emoji's rather than actually have a talk with you totally shows that.
-One last thing I'd like to ad is about Uzu and the fact that hes so mysterious, it is a sure criticism of him that his silence and private nature hurts the community a lot more than it helps, but thats on Uzu for him to address. Uzu is still in school, and its why YBA was so dark for a long time before the stone free update, Uzu could like the privacy, after all, we've all heard the stories about roblox devs who get into massive controversy thanks to Ruben Sim and others. Uzu is kinda a dick for staying silent this long but is also smart for avoiding controversy and too much publicity, after all, he does own one of the biggest rpg's on Roblox.
*TLDR in case your to tired to read, I see where your coming from and I'm on your side, I'm not gonna play some shitty neutral ground and claim that "both sides are bad guys!" to boost my own self esteem. The YBA dev team would benefit 1000x times more if they simply communicated with the people that actually play their game, especially the big content creators who are older than 9 years old. And even after all of that, the way you present your videos with either a extremely aggressive or passive aggressive tone hurts the legit arguments that you want to make, and it makes people think that your nothing but a pessimistic asshole who wants no one to have fun. Once again, do you have to fuck over the player base before you take another hiatus? Uzu could come out with a QNA, and state everything, or you could prove me totally wrong by giving me examples of the shit that you see, and I wouldn't be opposed to that at all, i hope you see this comment infact so that i can have some sort of conversation with you or other people. When I first experienced the stun from wormhole uppercut I actually thought it was on purpose. Even then I thought it was dumb though. After I found out that it was broken I actually felt better because in my mind it meant that at some point they at least were going to fix it soon. Obviously me and anyone who thought this way were very sadly mistaken. The fact something so broken and yet so easy to fix (according to other developers) was just left there ruining the game for as long as it was somehow still has me dumbfounded. Don't get me wrong, given YBA's track record it doesn't stick out honestly, but the fact the game has been getting somewhat frequent updates again, I thought a patch wouldn't take more than a week at most. Clearly even though my hopes for this game at this point aren't even that high anymore, what little hope and expectation I had was *still* far too much.
Eclipse has been doing YBA for years. When he cut his slack for the game back when the christmas update came out I gained even more respect for him, and now that he's put his foot down until the people behind this game act even slightly competent, It's no different. I'm right there with him at this point. Call me crazy if you like but the team who work on YBA are just as incompetent as bandai. Both work on anime games, both leave things in a poor state for a long time or just flat out leave them entirely, and they both having little to no communication with the people who play their games. Not saying anything new here but Uzu just doesn't care or knows he doesn't have to do anything because he's the owner of the most popular jojo game on roblox. People just keep coming back no matter what so why bother, right?
I think that an important thing to bring up is the developer’s responses to dupe glitches for lucky arrows and skins.
I was playing at the time of the two previous “big dupes”, the first big dupe was only lucky arrows. They patched the dupe in less than 6 hours.
The second was much easier to do than the previous, and you could even dupe skins with it because it took advantage of how trading worked. It was patched in 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES. It took them less then a hour to parch a duping bug, because skins = money, but they can’t be bothered to fix game breaking bugs because of “school”.

Also, I agree when it comes to paragon. I have more respect for him than Uzu. I actually feel bad for him and the rest of the team that they have to deal with someone like him. The main reason I'm happy is cause at the very least it's clear that effort is being put in to new things I do still belive they should not stay broken long if they are broken but it's reassuring to see that there is passion there again

I think that maybe the D4C ‘bug’ is part of preparing for the spin update as the spin may have a golden spin unlock that bypasses love train so for love train to still be in the ‘meta’, it needed a pre buff

Fixing a trading bug in 0.2 seconds vs taking a month for Tusk
Eclipse, I develop games and to fix the tusk stun they would have just had to change a value in the code to make it shorter. Would have taken 5 minutes.
Well, it would have taken me 10 minutes, as I like to not break and destroy 9 other things on my projects after fixing one.
I'm stuck on yba and really wanna move on so now I have a Hypixel SkyBlock addiction WITH a yba addiction 🙂

At this point YBA needs a test server. Everything update is a guaranteed bug at this point and all the mods do is use broly and mera in 1v1s to get ranked. (They only recently started taking ban reports.)

You know what makes me angry the most? The fact that Uzu will make dozens of claims of why he has no time to fix GAME-BREAKING BUGS like Tusk Act 4's infinite combo, but I VERY CLEARLY AND DISTINCTLY REMEMBER that when the dupe glitch was found IT WAS PATCHED WITHIN 3 HOURS! Basically, when the integrity of the game is at stake, he does not give a damn, but when his money (stands skins due to people duping lucky arrows) is at stake, he needs to fix it ASAP. This is simply unfair, pathetic, and not what a developer should be like.

- GDS 1v1s map kicks you out into the void
- If a KC/KCR is still in TE after a TS, they can use moves DURING THE TE IMMORTALITY
- Shiny Mista, Shiny Diego and Spooky Diavolo hair have no texture
