Ingredients :
Ground beef (lean) 200g
Green onion 1/2
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Corn (canned) 2 tbsp
Rice paper 5 (small)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Pepper
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Warm water

cold water works better for me. hot water will soften it faster in my experience.
Btw how long should you cook these? I'm been frying them for 10 minutes but idk if that's correct. So far, more than half of my dumplings come out popped everytimr 😢
The trick is to fry them over low heat so the dumplings don't burn. If they burn, that's when they open. Another thing if you haven't done it already, is to wrap them in 2 layers of rice paper. This'll most likely prevent the dumplings from popping. I hope this helps!

How do these fare in the freezer?
Unfortunately the rice paper would lose moisture after freezing it and would not taste the same. So I would keep in the fridge if you want to keep it for some time
