Hi guys. Greetings from Malaysia .Brilliant video as always and, of course, the best way to see the real Japan. such a real relaxing video to watch. The camera captures it all brilliantly. Please do a few more of these night time rides before you leave Japan as there so easy to watch. ATVB and stay safe .
Love the long ride videos can't believe how clean and tidy every where look's no litter unlike the UK it's a disgrace. you and Thuong make it look easy lol personally i use a folding e bike but i switch the motor off quite a lot. would be great if you got a small dog to take on your journey's look forward to the next excursion.....
Great video as usual Cruissie, be great to see more evening video like this one.. Does have a different feel compared to day time riding but it might be a little dangerous on road. Take care and keep up the good work mate.
forgot to mention in my previous post that the wider tyres are definitely more comfy on a foldie. I've got 2 foldies, one with skinny rood tyres and the other with wider ones .. the latter is definitely a smoother ride, although the skinny tyred one is much faster and more skittish on the road. Both are sort of ok at the gentle offroad stuff but the 20 inch wheels don"t give the derailleur much clearance and it"s too easily clogged up with grass if the grass is anything above 2 inches long ! Ride safe
Your DJI Pocket 2 does great in low light! Your videos (and Thuong's night walking videos) have me seriously considering getting one. My GoPro 9 is no bueno when it gets dark. Loving the folding bike videos. I'd love to have one of those too!
@@TwoWheelCruise that's it exactly. I think too many people think they need to have the best audio and the best quality of everything in their videos, when the little breaks like this one with the audio makes a nice addition to the reality of exactly what you're experiencing.
Loved that ride. I see a lot of this style of bike in San Diego. Also e versions of these bikes Covid has really upped bike riding. Keep safe Ohhhhhhhhh just heard you say cool cat that likes to ride. I see a lot of people here riding their bikes with their dogs. Never a cat.
Nice to hear there are more bikes like this over there. I never saw any in Michigan or the MidWest growing up. There's always good and bad in any situation, and strangely this seemed to be the biggest catalyst for cycling in recent history. Can't wait until we get a cool pet to come along on our adventures.
Same here in Las Vegas, I ride the bicycle everywhere, do not take the public transportation. I have a 2012 Soma Mini Velo with front rack, with 20 inch ISO 451 wheels sporting a ultegra 9 speed groupset. Not a folding bike, but a short wheel base that I can take into the local grocery store...
good morning from san diego love every video you and thuong post. its living the dream of visiting nagoya thru your eyes, but someday will visit tokyo and nagoya personally. thanx so much. are you and thuong planning to extend your stay or are you two leaving. we want you guys to stay, love to see nagoya thru your eyes, dont want to miss you so stay and post videos of nagoya. love it. thanx again
Am having fun following you two, though those tires where small but it runs so fast and its seems so easy to ride on it, and also i was also curious if your going to make it home too late or are you going to get lost hahahaa, yes hope one day you can ride your bike having your own cats or adog with you ❤️❤️❤️
I was laughing .. how do you mean? I see no problem fitting a german sheperd in a basket! lol And they make great "employees" as well. ahahhaha... oh my! I'm ma get in trouble for saying that. hahaha.. I had my beloved German Sherpherd, since she's passed, I have yet to adopt another puppy ... it's been years now and it still feels as tho I would be "replacing" her if I adopt another. She was the best little friend (or big friend) one can have. So loyal.
The camera setting it's okay, if it is too dark it will be hard to see what's going on around. Maybe you should test out the bike for touring before go from Japan.
Along the water way looks like some of the greenways I use to ride in Charlotte NC, One thing I guess you both don't have to worry about in Nagoya is wondering into ghetto areas like I did in Charlotte.
Love the video, Cruise. You have the perfect bikes now. By the way, masks. I see you both are not wearing any when just about everyone else is. Be safe minded. At least people still practice safely. Here in the US, it’s the other way around I’m getting fed up with the people here. Enjoy the rest of your day. Wish I was out there with you both.
Yessssssssssss it is so true. When I go home to Saigon. We will have a meal and all bones and shrimp skins etc... gets thrown on the floor. It is really strange as a westerner. But the dogs eat it up. We never feed dogs here with bones etc...... So funny. Every day is a clean the floor day in VN. And every day is a leave a small bag of trash outside the house for collectors vs 1 time a week here in California. No bones on the floor kakakakakaka
Hey Cruise. Fellow cyclist in Japan here. I've watched many of your videos and I enjoy much of the content you make. One thing, I just have to say is that the cycling etiquitte I've seen in many of your videos is downright bad and unsafe much of the time. I know you're aware of cycling laws as you have made more than one video on the subject and yet you seem to cycle on the sidewalk 90+% of the time. Often times even on the right side of roads/paths/sidewalks to boot. I also know that 99% of other people on bicycles do the exact same thing and the cops don't give a shit. They like to think they're pedestrians when it suits them and a vehicle when it suits them too and that's fine for them. To each their own, but you are very, and I mean very lucky that this hasen't gotten you into trouble, especially considering the milage you probably ride. If you hit a pedestian and injure them, you are in for a lot of legal trouble. The legal system has started cracking down hard on these accidents between cyclists and pedestrians and unless you are riding on the road where you should be, you have no defence. If you are going to continue to ride as you do and don't have a serious insurance package, get one! Stay safe out there.
You will not be able to bike like this in VN! That said, if you have a "Anthony Bourdain" personality/complex :), VN is the space and time now to explore for the young and adventurous.
Don't forget to hit the like button when Thuong says "Let's Go!"

Japan is such a beautiful and calm country with beautiful landscapes.
Sure is!
That contrasting Daytime to Nighttime ride was super good :-D

Can't wait!
I enjoyed my bike trip to Japan.
Have a safe ride. ^^
I'm really enjoying these types of videos, thanks. I can't ride my bike at the moment due to bad leg so these are a good substitute. Stay safe.
Glad you like them! Hope you heal up!
It's nice to be able to ride anywhere where you live without the danger of being mugged. It looks mostly safe.
It is very nice

It destroys the GoPro in low light. Can't beat mechanical stabilization. We're excited for the new Hero 10 though 😅

Hey Cruise - I'm running 28c tyres with tubeless on my road bike. Much nicer. Agree with you completely on the comfort.
It's really nice!
Very nice trip. Thanks

Iso setting is just fine
Thanks!
@Two Wheel Cruise Yeah, it’s too bad you haven’t hooked up a cycling computer yet. I’ve been taking my SmartHalo for granted.

No, there aren't any ghettos here fortunately.
Hi guys, have you heard of Bruno bikes? I heard its a swiss brand that are being sold in Japan. Hope you can do a video tour with those shops.
We've shown them a few times in some older bike shop tour videos
I vote for a cool cat that will go on rides XD
Can't wait until that day! :)
8:29 Hare and tortoise, Speedy Gonzales never got very far in front for all his effort 😆
I hear some knocking at 36:00. is it bottom bracket bearing?
You should do a video where you visit second hand shops and see if they have cycling stuff.
Nice idea. They usually don't have much cycling stuff though.
Nice video do you ever go to the island near Japan and ride there?
There's thousands of islands here
have you sold all the bikes?
half already
@@TwoWheelCruise that is great. Maybe you can showcase also in your channel all other things that you intend to sell:)
How big is Nagoya? Relative to Tokyo. I get bored cycling around my city of 180k people total area of about 14 miles squared
It's the 3rd largest city in Japan, but much smaller compared to Tokyo
Nooooo!!!! Where are the arms?!?!?!?!
Haha, they'll come and go between videos 😅
@@TwoWheelCruise floating camera effect engaged
cool. got me tired. Marty Sender You Tube in USA
Hello cruise please make a video about bicycle insurance in japan, thankyou......
It's only necessary in big cities, but generally a good idea to have. You can buy it at a conbini.
Will you show the last bit of the route to your apartment after you leave lol?
LOL maybe

Sadly yes

It is strange, but also strangely efficient haha. In Japan though, people often clean up after themselves which I really like.
