10:20 .. difference between Japan and PH .. in Japan they sound really happy when passing on an area with lots of dogs .. but here in the Philippines, its the extreme opposite, you have to be a good sprinter when passing thru areas with lots of dogs =P
I had to go to the International Office today to get my Residency Permit. I worked here in Germany for 39 years ( retiered 2017) up until now with an unlimited permit. Because the UK left the EU I now have to get it renewed, but it is valid for 10 years, good thing is there are no conditions attached :-)
Glad you got the visas sorted both of you. Fun ride and it looks like there’s a lot of space that could be turned into a really good quality bike path in the future. Whereas here they tend to use all the space and then it’s so much harder to update it later.
Nice video. I enjoyed this video since it was long. Still haven't finished the other yet but i am working on it. That port looked beautiful. The water was nice and blue. Too bad we could not see the ride home and noodles lol. Congrats on the Visa. Great video.
Happy your wife got her visa! Every time i went to Nagoya immigration i can really feel the people's tension. I think is a normal feeling when u go abroad...
Glad you had a chance to do a bike vlog, what with your busy schedule. Congrats to Thuong! Also, maybe next time you can chase down that Gaijin that passed you. lol
Love the long ride videos! As to the resolution, it is very smooth but I don’t know how necessary it is on this type of video. Maybe for something with more pan shots like a walking video, or if you do another downhill ride in the woods.
Completely understand how frustrating and stressful it is to go through these to live in a foreign country, let alone having to sponsor a dependent! Best of luck and look forward to next long ride video!
Hi guys, a bit of a rocky start following you two on google earth, but was able to follow you most of the way, it's fun! The camera wasn't as good as some of the other camera shots, specifically not that clear when in motion. Otherwise, it was fun, thanks.
What ? !!!! New Evangelion Movie , I didn't know that . Your so lucky to see it first . Hopefully they may send it over here in the States sooner ? But nice clear video of the trip , plus love that "Sprint Race " ! That was a sneak attack !
Question for ya? During the pandemic, did Japan see a huge increase in bike sales? In the US a huge surge in bike sales. The % increase was about 48% nationwide.
Congrats, Thuong. Now you can stay one more year. I had to laugh when that rider passed you both buy. Thuong went into overdrive right way. At the end, were my eyes deceiving me? They have Red Lobster out your way? Great ride. So, where did you go eat after? Oh, by the way, your new cycling outfit looks awesome!! Much mahalo.
When you going to shibuya, you should check on Flame Bike they sell variety of minivelo and folding bike. Great video, just wish that you can use 360 camera for the ride.
Question! I have my GoPro9 mounted to my handlebar. So I get a consistent forward POV view for my videos. But sometimes I'd like to easily remove the camera and show things off to the side. Any recommendations on a setup for that? Some kinda twist-lock thing? Like a Garmin mount?
I think I heard you mention that you had solid tires for this ride. Perhaps I misheard, but otherwise does that mean your Tannus tires? Either way, are you still using those and do you find the ride to be comfortable?
@@TwoWheelCruise , thanks for the clarification! When she introduces herself in your videos it sounds like she is saying "Thoungy" but my girlfriend who is Vietnamese, said that Vietnamese do not add a "Y" at the end of their names. BTW - Keep posting these great video's!!
Cruise-kun, around 4:20 I could not avoid in notice how Thuong's hip moves A LOT! And you guys were not even close to ride for real. I noticed that because recently I did a long ride (~250km) with a speed bike and due to my wrong fitting, I had hurt left gluteos/butt, right femur, and got few pains on both shoulders due to the wrong distance between my seat STI/dropbar. . Than, I was forced to research, study, and do my homework about bike fitting 'cause to pay for such thing at least here in Brazil is really expensive. I strong recommend you guys at least look for a better fitting using 'Lemond Method Bike Fit' or pay for such thing in case you guys can pay. I did the Lemond Method and... O-M-G!!! Just adjusting the heights and the seat, your pedal will improve significantly =D
Sorry! It seems like YT had an error processing the 4k version. I will try to reupload, but these longer 4k 60fps videos take a long time to render to YT.
She dropped you, I am shocked - smart girl !!! ;) You should post a survey so that your followers can cast their vote as to which of you is the more fashionable cyclist. ;) On a serious note I am surprised your still running the solid tires.
Hi guys, love your videos, soft goal to one day replicate your ride to Kyoto :) I and my wife live next to Kakuozan station in Chikusa-Ku. We love riding bikes - though we are of varying levels of conditioning at the moment. I've ridden to IKEA in your Nagakute a dozen or more times, but my wife's only done it once. Anyway, I'd really love the chance to pick your brains about riding in Nagoya - and maybe, with your help, construct some scenic routes to take my wife along without tiring her out? Anyway, could you suggest a way for me to contact you? Thanks very much :) EDIT: Oh I've seen your email in the video description, I'll think of something worth bothering you about and send you a mail xP
@@TwoWheelCruise I think i wanna ride to Tajimi - my original place of residence here - I'll look for a route as you suggest. A bit worried about the river road, no real bike lane and some blind corners.. but it's a pretty route!

Yay! I love the long bike rides. 🎏
Love these uncluttered block colour kits, they look great and very contemporary...👌 Nice ride and why not take the longer route on such a lovely day 👍
Wow! I have been to Nagoya aquarium some year's back, nice to see it again.thank u guys for the nice video.take care.

Hehe, very true.
Oh. Don't even get me started on the rural areas
Hahahahah!
Too in Brazil.
I already have my finger on the upshift lever when i hear a dog nearby
I can’t stop watching allll your videos 🥺 it’s so uplifting ❤️ Thuong is adorable!
Thanks! 😁
You both awesome !
Great channel guys, it has really become one of my favourites on RUclips.
Thanks! :)
wow, what a relaxing ride and video. thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
What a great place to ride, so relaxing!

Renewal is always stressful, but 10 years is a nice interval 😁
Just clocked 4.000 km on a pair Tannus's razor blades 26x1.75, and almost a year of flat free commuting.
What a nice escape from the office for me. Thanks again.
Very flattering!

Hey glad you got the visa issues sorted out!
Thanks! 😁
Awesome! 👍👍
congrats on the visa renewal! 👏👏👏
Thanks!
Well done on the new visa it is always worrying if they do not renew but all good take care.
Thanks!
nice love the blue and RED it looks SICK man !
Love those santic shoes ❤️❤️ I wish I have one
They're great 😁
Please bring these kind of long cycling videos. It's so relaxing and soothing.

you seem like you would be a great teacher, would like to see bike skills video's if you would be interested in that subject.

Glad to help solve the mystery
much more clear Cruise. Cảm ơn

It's certainly an unsettling feeling, but thankfully all is well for now 🙂
Nice video, yes weather warming in UK also, can't wait to start doing some longer rides, soon be shorts weather 😁💜
Can't wait!
19:45 That could be Lavender. They are pretty.
That round apartment building is very cool...if you search you can find apartments for sale there! They look nice with an 80s vibe. Fun place to live.
It definitely stands out

Not really, maybe for children a bit

Yes, there is a red lobster here, though I'm not sure how similar the menu is.
@@TwoWheelCruise whatever the menu, at least the fish will be a lot fresher than what we get here.

There are lots of mounts available, but handlebar mounting will be more rough on the video
How the Solid tyre feel ? Are solid tyre are compatible with roadbike ?
Mostly good, but extra rough on rough surfaces
Cool
I think I heard you mention that you had solid tires for this ride. Perhaps I misheard, but otherwise does that mean your Tannus tires? Either way, are you still using those and do you find the ride to be comfortable?
If you did mention them and I missed it, my apologies lol, I was mostly just listening to it in the background while doing a zwift ride :)
Same ones. Still holding up well.
@@TwoWheelCruise awesome, thanks for the update. I’m leaning towards getting some for longer rides I have planned for the summer

Hi bro from Brazil
Hi Cruise. Did you go to such a low resolution because the long format? Nice ride.
Sorry! It seems like YT had an error processing the 4k version. I will try to reupload, but these longer 4k 60fps videos take a long time to render to YT.
@@TwoWheelCruise What is YT? the camera or the editor?
@Philip R Oh. Doh. I did not see an option to see the 4hr one. It just defaulted to 380. Mabye because I am casting to my TV. no biggie. Still good.
YT = RUclips. The high resolution version is working now.
The 360 would have been great I think
Will be mixing it up
I really like long bike rides but I don't have a bike
I'd like to know what app you are using to learn Vietnamese.
Will make a video soon

River route is dangerous, mountain route is great with fewer cars.
@@TwoWheelCruise thanks! would that be one u access by riding through seto?
Seto and Toyota
TBH 60 fps didn't look a whole lot different. I think you could probably get away with 30
Thanks!
That pipeline is probably for sewage.
🤔😬
