Thank you for helping me rediscover the joy in slowing down my writing speed (and your videography team is DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for me caving into getting a TWSBI pen at last hahah). To answer the planner setup question: Mine is done in a 3-in-1 Jibun Techo, with work ideas/discussions in the Idea book and my every day tasks in the Diary. I utilise the daily planning pages the most, usually writing down tasks in the order I wish to get them done, not according to time as I work outside the hours the Jibun has. Meetings that I need to remember and attend ahead of time are written down first, followed by weekly tasks and/or shifting daily tasks and projects. At the bottom I track any habits that I am trying to cultivate, like drinking supplements or achieving a novel wordcount (came in useful during Nano). I am going to steal your idea of a post-work reflection! Haven't worked that into my flow yet. Thank you for the videos again, team, and have a wonderful holiday season!

Answering the question about how I use my planner, I use an A4 lever arch file with pages printed out that I copy on my printer. The page has the day split into 15 minute intervals, as recommended in a time management book by Kevin Kruse. When I stick to it, it works brilliantly, but as I’m at home not doing a lot in these Covid times, it has fallen by the wayside a bit recently. I will probably start again next year.

I'm too slow for an analog system of planning. I tried a paper planner but I couldn't find a way to make it as flexible and quick as the digital ones.My handwriting is also not pretty, especially when I write fast. I still write important notes and journals with fountain pens, but I only use different colors of ink and some hand-drawn icons. more decorations and it'll take me more time than needed or allowed.
I envy your handwritting T,T mine is not ugly but not so neat, like i can change my font according to the pen, paper or how i grip it, so i don't have similar font for each of the alphabet, that's make it look so messy Ooo & I love the keyboard typing sounds ^^
