If it is real, we are definitely being deprived of information. At least in the US, I can't think of a single court that would remove a father's parental rights entirely when they're actively trying to be in their child's life without some form of abuse.
Parental abandonment can count a LOT against the ex, plus the emails proving that he admitted to not wanting the daughter until he thought there was no other way to have a child with his new wife. A judge can look at that and say, "well what if you end up having a child with your current wife, after all, and re-abandon the daughter?" And then decide that it's not worth the risk of letting the daughter get re-attached. I don't think people account for the fact that judges in family court have a lot of freedom to decide whatever they think is best.
In some countries, when kids are very young 2-5 they live with the parent that can give them more time. Husband was working long shifts, had time for affairs but not his kid. After divorce he abandoned kid. So there he gave up his rights

No in my state it’s 90 days if the father or mother abandoned a child they are automatically relinquish their guardian rights on their child

Something doesn't add up in the story. Some of the details are just a little too laser specific and important information is just missing. Either this is made up or op is not telling the whole story. If it is real, we are definitely being deprived of information. At least in the US, I can't think of a single court that would remove a father's parental rights entirely when they're actively trying to be in their child's life without some form of abuse.
Parental abandonment can count a LOT against the ex, plus the emails proving that he admitted to not wanting the daughter until he thought there was no other way to have a child with his new wife. A judge can look at that and say, "well what if you end up having a child with your current wife, after all, and re-abandon the daughter?" And then decide that it's not worth the risk of letting the daughter get re-attached. I don't think people account for the fact that judges in family court have a lot of freedom to decide whatever they think is best.
In some countries, when kids are very young 2-5 they live with the parent that can give them more time. Husband was working long shifts, had time for affairs but not his kid. After divorce he abandoned kid. So there he gave up his rights

I mean I absolutely believe she should have custody but when you can only visit your kid on another parents schedule at the other parents house it’s easy to get detached. Him being a terrible spouse doesn’t mean he’s a terrible father who doesn’t deserve private time with his daughter. I think in the long run a custody battle will go in his favor and that’s why her lawyer is trying strong o arm him to sign his rights away. It’s not like he could just show up whenever and see his daughter, she had the control in that.

She needs to allow him visitation as that is what the courts mandated and denying him enables him to make a parent alienation claim. Also, she is weaponising her daughter to punish her husband. She doesn't deny he was a good father, just that he was a bad husband. She is cutting him off because she doesn't like him, not because his presence is bad for the child. This is how you loose sole custody.
Edit: is what I was thinking until the truthful email update. Yeah, she doesn't need to worry about losing custody over parent alienation now she has a written confession of abandonment and manipulation.
