Nice arrangement, is the climate cool enough that there is no humidity? I noticed there's no elevator. Don't the modern areas have elevators? I noticed that the air conditioners are above the head of the bed. Is that a problem? If it's a gated community why do the windows and front door have bars? And finally, it looks like a location where you need a car. Are there similar places closer to the usual amenities??
What is the reason that I hear people having negative comments about Santiago? Is it because of traffic and congestion? Overcrowding? Lack of infrastructure? What's the story about this?
I wanted to know how much a native English speaker can charge for private in home or office lessons in Santo Domingo? Just an idea ? Also is there a big demand for private lessons there ? Ty
Wonderful. Reminds me of Puerto Rico. One thing I have to ask…. Lol, He doesn’t have that water pressure in New York? Where is he in New York? New York has some of the best water pressure. Lol
It all depends on the water tank. The bigger ones, which cost more, the water pressure is more. In NY many buildings have now a lower pressure to safe water, and toilet flush as well. I agree most houses have a water tank too small in DR, thus the pressure.
@@louisescano3961 Im from the Bronx and Yonkers area. I’ve never experienced that, perhaps in other boroughs. Great place, it would be nice if there was a T.V. In the living room.
Hi! am currently thinking about moving down Santiago. could you recommend me a trust-worthy realtor lawyer, to have him/her located something in my budget.
These are very common in DR...just contact any plumber and they will tell you where to get it or they can get it for you and install (you can shop for it at Plaza Lama, Ochoa or any other hardware store)
@Johnny Nunez thank you so much. Just a studio in santiago with my fiancé. No hot water. I can't be without hot water. I will go looking into. Do you think it could be a DIY installation
Let me know if you have any questions, or if you want to get in touch with Johnny! Watching this video helps me so much, so thank you very much!

WHERE IS IT LOCATED AND WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE RESIDENCIAL
Mills, most Americans will pronounce "bedroom" as "bed-room", but in English, "bedroom" can also be pronounced "be-droom".
So you have to be a resident to rent
