Fruit does not cause diabetes nor insulin resistance. Fruit is the best food humans can eat. Watermelons, sukkari dates, oranges. Problem is, not everyone can afford those. Try it, sukkari dates are especially heaven food. I tend to eat like 3 kilos a day sometimes, it's the only food that helped me to lose weight and get rid of hypertension.
Fructose dosent need insulin to enter a cell, wich means it dosent need the pancreas, hahah go study basic biology before acting smart
