I think all teenagers should have to work a crappy minimum wage job like I did when I was a kid. I'd suggest sending them to live with a mean relative in Canada for a few summers so they can work at Tim Hortons. You want them to be able to experience their native culture 😁.

Golf course jobs are miles better than Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons has all kinds of weird people walking in.
