Thank you. My diet is mostly whole foods, nothing processed, no cow dairy, no sugar unless it's fruit, no fried stuff, no White rice or white flour. Good amount of protein like chicken, fish, tofu. Loads of beans and vegetables. I'm currently doing chemotherapy and taking daily a targeted therapy oral pill called tagrisso.
I'm continuing with the chemo rounds though it's only one kind instead of two. This is considered maintenance along with taking the targeted pill. I keep on doing therapy sessions and trying to live in the present moment as much as I can. Living in love!
