Thanks. Enjoy the flight. I’m told the chicken was pretty tasty - just didn’t look great in presentation terms

I don't like how all of those seats were facing outward. It would be hard to look out of the window. It juseems like an odd arrangement.

I guess it was originally designed to allow every seat to have aisle access. This have moved on since then and newer aircraft (including Virgin’s A350s) have seats pointing towards the windows.

Thanks for the great video. I love flying Virgin and they’re always my choice when flying to Vegas but hate the Upper Class product currently used on the Dreamliners. I’ve been upgraded to UC twice but was left unimpressed and I certainly wouldn’t pay for the experience in these terrible seats. Premium Economy is my cabin of choice with Virgin and think this offers the best all round comfort and bang for your buck on long flights. I look forward to trying Virgin’s Dreamliner but will miss the fantastic experience of flying VS43 - upstairs in PremEcon in the Bubble on the Queen of the Skies to Sin City!

Thanks 🙏 Hopefully as travel picks up (and certainly flights to Vegas do) Virgin might put the new leisure configuration A350s on the route. A far better Upper Class product.

I used to like the Upper class cabin on VS43 and found the seats very comfortable. Haven’t been to Vegas since they moved the route from Gatwick. (Last time was September 2018) After seeing various reviews about the seats on the 787 Dreamliner I’m not in a rush to sample their upper class cabin to the extent I’m thinking of flying to LA, spend a few days either there or in San Diego and then drive up to Vegas. 11 hours is a long time to sit in an uncomfortable seat

I’m thinking of flying virgin Premium Select and appreciate the video. There was some good information but would have liked more information and video of the seats. To me the seats are the main reason to fly Premium Select.

Thanks. It’s difficult to film too much of the seat unless you are able to board ahead of others and have some time to film

Although the extra service is all nice that and yes i would like it if i could afford it but even watching many you tube videos I still prefer economy class!

Very underwhelming product. If I had paid for an upper Class seat and had been given the seat provided to you I would have asked for a refund. Very disappointing, I always thought of Virgin Atlantic as a premium brand but clearly not anymore.

One thing I have always disliked about Virgin ( and there is not much to dislike ) , is the term "Upper Class".It really suggests that the top tier in society are the only ones welcome or are good enough for their product . Even completely inept British Airways avoid this kind of terminology with the words "First" , Business, and Club world, to describe their premium products. Its a very aloof term which depicts elitist people over the lower classes and to be honest it just doesnt fit or reflect their clientele .
