Just did gold hill 9 last Thursday with my uncle who lives in Telluride
I did gold hill nine today this video reallly helped me 🎉💅
Can’t imagine how good you could ski if you leaned into the front pads of your boots and used your poles !
Were you skinning with an alpine set up there in the beginning? Did not look worth the hike, but nice line!

Well, that's certainly one line I'll never hit... unless I had 1st crack at it with a foot of fresh pow - which will never happen!
Is this a commercial for base filler?
Isn’t it like a two hour hike to get up there?
Only if you're slow.
it's more like 45 ish minutes. The peak would be a 2 hour plus hike!

Yes it's quite steep right there, although the head mount makes it look slightly steeper than reality. With more snow that section would be skiable, and some skiers were just jumping over the whole section.
Meh 1 is easier
