classic rock fans love to hate on pop music but the Beatles were a POP SENSATION. I do wish more popstars would play their own instruments but recently I think we're starting to see that more. The electronic sound of contemporary pop music is kinda wearing itself out
They would have a most likely like each other due to the similarities between some of their songs.
George and John would hate Taylor's songs.
People using the word 'hate' on behalf of someone else, especially someone as peaceful as John, have no merit.
Paul being Paul and being eager to please would never say he doesn't care for her but I've never heard Paul - or Ringo for that matter - say anything negative about any artist. My guess would be that Taylor's music is not really in heavy rotation on either of the remaining Beatles' playlists. Can't really speak for John or George. Both had a history of not hiding their opinions about artists they didn't particularly care for and both seemed to take a dislike to the more "pop" styled music - including their own. John especially could be quite dismissive of songs (Beatles songs included) that he felt were obviously written to score success on the charts and didn't really have any weight or depth. I'm not saying that's what Taylor's songs are but I don't have a hard time believing that John Lennon might view them as such.
