Mike, what they are meaning in regards to Soda Popinski (but not telling you the right way) when he's prepping to uppercut you, hold guard and Soda will crouch down and just look at you. This is when you blast him in the gut and earn a star.
One thing that's always puzzled me about Punch Out: how big 'roid monsters exactly are the opponents supposed to be? Or is Little Mac *that* much of a midget? Like, assuming he's just "regularly" small, and lets say, ~1.65m tall, most of his opponents would be like well over 3 meters tall...
The R&D3 team at Nintendo just put him in without asking for permission and it kinda just made it's way into the final game. Why? Mario was fairly new and I think they were just big fans of the character.

I played this on the NES classic edition that you can get now for like $60 with games preloaded. The game pretty much unplayable because of the lag. Even the smallest lag makes games like this worthless.

But I think the star power of having Mike Matei appear and beat an old NES game live in person would spark a lot of attention and, more importantly, a lot of donations! I think it would be a really cool thing for him to do.
