INGREDIENTS (Serves 2):
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp honey
- 450 g beef steak approx 2cm thick
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- ½ tbsp potato starch
- ½ tbsp cooking oil
- 2 portions cooked Japanese short-grain rice
- 50 g shredded cabbage
- finely chopped green onions
- sesame seeds
