*I like how quiet it is, how well it works and **Fastly.Cool** , This was perfect to help air out a guest room and to use instead of AC when I only want one room kept cool. Works great!*
Thank you.
I'm happy that you like the video 👍
I cannot assemble mine. I think there is something wrong with the ring because it won't tighten :(
I had same problem
If you’re referring to the ring that attaches to the blade part, it twists on counterclockwise. Not sure why that is, but hopefully this resolves someone’s issue. :)
@noemymonica6581 All fans do screw counter clockwise as the fan blade goes clockwise and would unscrew itself.
Thanks lol from an old lady trying to assemble a fan. Very helpful
You are welcome.
I'm very happy that my video was useful 👍
Thanks for this how-to video. Just put mine together. Appreciate it!
Front part of fan is a pain since theres no clips
I’m about to buy one. Previously had a 16” 2526, now ready to upgrade to 18”.
Thank you for the video. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Video was useful. Thanks for posting it.
Thank you 👍
I highly recommend the star fans instead of the regular 3 blade fans for these type of fans. they're faster and it cools you as well.
I had this one, but the one with a remote, it lasted me like 8 years more or less, it worked great and now that i had a 3 blade smaller fan, i do want to get this again
Thank you, this video was very helpful!
I'm happy that you like the video ☺ 👍
i cant put the plastic nut in please help
Me either, it's just spinning
The one that holds the fan blade on? It has left hand threads, so turn it in the opposite direction. Apply a little pressure as you turn it.
@@whitsend11 I still can't do it it's just to hard.
This fan is very quiet in all speeds. The only problem I have with this fan is the adjustment nut. It tightens down but the fan can still slip downward. I will have to put a bolt in it soon to keep it from moving. All so the pedestal base allows the pipe to move back and forth as the fan oscillates. The pipe doesn't fall out but just moves back and forth. The fan mount just mounts on the pipe, no tightening, just slides down on the pipe. I guess it's supposed to be like that. I like the fan though. It's keeping me cool in this Texas Heat.
This fan is $40 at Walmart. Only 3 speeds & no remote. The only other large oscillating fan by Lasko (my fav brand) was the 12'' in white and on sale for $27 ($3 off the $30 price).
I wanted the 18" but purchased the more affordable 12''. What with gaining only 2 inches and them both being 3 speed fans, it didn't make sense to pay the extra $13. But I will get the 18" later when I can afford it. And if there are any left. 😏
Thanks bro this video help me alot

Very helpful

You are welcome 👍I 😊
The pole is not coming up
Maybe locking mechanism (10:35) is jammed or tighten too strong
Is the bottom supposed to be wobbly when the fan rotate
Michael,
No, it should be steady. Check the correction of assembly. Maybe something is loose. Follow the instructions in the video and checks also the Manual.
@@MICROPROG yeah I checked everything, I put the pole in the base and even try twisting it but still loose
@@michaelgarcia93 it look that either the pole or base is defective.
The connection should be very tight.
I suggest you to return it and buy a new one or different one.
Yeah I was thinking that but I thought maybe there was some trick to it but you're probably right, thanks anyways
@@michaelgarcia93 The tool less design on the base is terrible. On mine the base would fall off when I picked up the fan to move it, leading to me finding this video. I thought I had a missing part.
With the pole in the base, I drilled 3 small holes though the base into the pole. Then I put 3 screws that were slightly larger than hole in and now the base is rock solid.
Like so many. You assembled it out of mfg. sequence. But ya' got it done.
I was looking 4 this part 10:38 LMAO
This vedio was very helpful, thanks
I'm happy that you found the video useful 👍
HUNK OF CRAP, IT LEANS, IT IS UNSTABLE, IT HUMMS AND I WOULD Definitely NEVER HAVE AROUND CHILDREN. WE NEED THINGS MADE IN THE US. THAT GOES FOR EVERY PART. WE NEED TO MAKE THINGS THE WAY THEY WERE AGES AGO. BUILT TO LAST. HAVING SAID THAT, THIS PERSON DOING THIS VIDEO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THANK YOU...
