Pretty crazy how large the gap between Black Frieza and everyone else is, considering he casually one-hit killed the guy who is arguably still Number 2

The gap between Perfect UI and True UI is big.
Look at Moro arc.
Goku went from getting decked by Moro 7-3 to blitzing and hurting him with chest.
Moro needing Merus power to compete.
If True UI Goku in Granolah arc was equivalent to Awakened Gas, Perfect UI would violate that version.
Heck we saw Perfect UI for a beat easily grabing elder Gas and trowing him.
UI Goku was probably equivalent to either Zombie Gas or Black Freeza if you wanna look deeper.
Post Superhero is definitely above Gas, so Gohan should scale.
If you're going by manga Piccolo should be above Granolah as he comparable to Cell Max as Cell Max grew stronger Piccolo started losing.
Thought who knows how strong Cell Max, they never specify that in the manga.
Beast Gohan was dusting SS Broly but Broly was still strong enough to impress him. This same Gohan is comparable to Perfect UI Goku who is above True UI Goku who is above Granolah.

2/3. Goku/Gohan
4. Cell Max (Gohan struggle with him in manga)
5. Gas
6. Vegeta
7. Piccolo (Gohan trained with him, so I expect him to not get dusted like Broly was)

UI Sign from the Moro arc is not the same as True UI from the Granolah arc 💀
The latter is much stronger obviously
And UI Goku being equivalent to Black Frieza is silly when Vegeta & Goku both just plainly admit Frieza is the strongest. If the avatar that Goku manifested was on par with Frieza, they would have said or Goku would have made a note about it. But they just simply admitted they are weaker (Vegeta saw that avatar too)

NOTHING has contradicted him being above Beerus.
Whis said if they worked together they could possibly beat Beerus,when he sees Gogeta he says you two CAN work together.
Its a direct reference to that statement by the writers

Nothing has contradicted that he was probably stronger than Beerus.
He is even stated in guides for Superhero as "the strongest man".
But as he is currently,he is weaker than Beast Gohan(baseline/not full rage)

In the anime Vegito is FAR weaker than Beerus but the anime has completely different scaling.

Keep in mind he left and def went back to training cause he isnt moving with his plans yet.

The assumption that he must be above "Ultra Gogeta" would assume that he has finished training,he has clearly not.

This has always been the case btw(just like with Raditz).
He calmed down after he knocked Goku out of UI.

With all the hax and abilities UI has,Gohan wouldn't even matter without representing brute force
POTENTIALLY he can be above Black Frieza cause Goku said earth is safe with him.

I have a hard time placing Moro and Granolah&Gas other than above Jiren.
This doesn't really work since Goku said Moro was the toughest opponent he ever faced (including Broly) and that was before he got Merus's powers and became much stronger, only to still be defeated by Goku, who himself has leaped in power several levels since then

Easiest argument against them.
Gogeta blue couldn't one shot full power Broly with hand to hand combat. Goku is stated by Whis and Toyotaro to be the strongest in the universe supported by the fact that he is above Moro 73 who by Goku's words is the toughest opponent he ever faced ( this ain't even UI Moro lol who is FAR stronger than 73 )
Goku humiliated Moro 73 far harder than Gogeta did to Broly, Broly got up from all the abuse Gogeta threw at him yet Moro with a single kick was knocked out cold.
And to refute your argument of Gogeta blue > Beerus due to teamwork, Goku and Vegeta fatigued in the T.O.P work TOGETHER and Whis references the exact same moment you referenced in ROF does that mean that fatigued base Goku and Vegeta are Beerus level? Hell no. Whis was simply trying to motivate the Saiyans
Broly is not "probably above beerus" Goku couldn't even comprehend how strong Beerus was in the T.O.P exhibition so his words are baseless at best.
Jiren should not even be in this list seeing as he was equal to UI Goku T.O.P while UI Moro was equal to Moro arc Goku who got massively more powerful as per piccolo's own words in the same arc.
Kelfa is weaker than Ultimate Gohan who is weaker than Saganbo
Toppo doesn't even scale to 17 in the manga seeing as 17 is equal to Goku and Vegeta by Goku's own admittion and was Able to dog on OG 73 using Moro data making him far above Namek Moro who exceeded Namek Goku and Vegeta
Goten and Trunks were able to keep up with the Gammas making him shit on even UI Moro so your lower half of the list isn't even accurate to any of the feats we see.

I’m only gonna list living non fusion mortals and androids of universe 7. I’ll go over 10 a lil cuz we don’t know about certain characters. Also my order isn’t super well though out. Let’s say top 6 and bottom 6 could be switched around. Give or take. Cuz I go over just a tad.

2. Gohan beast
3: Goku mastered ultra instinct
4. Vegeta ultra ego
5. Broly controlled super Saiyan

7. Granolah full power (if he’s still alive)

Beerus: Super hero made it clear that Goku has yet to surpass him, with Beerus alluding that he is still above Frieza
Black Frieza: Above Goku below Beerus
Goku/Vegeta: Base Goku and Base Vegeta are very close in power and UE/UI are intended to be equal amps.
Gohan/Piccolo/Broly: Gohan fought relative to Broly, Piccolo is the reason Gohan has control over his beast power meaning he's relative, Piccolo was Fatigued against Cell Max, Goku acknowledged him as a worthy fight, Gohan Beast needs to go above and beyond to touch Goku and he can't sustain it for long.
Cell Max: A good fight for super hero arc Goku/Vegeta
Gas/Granola: Gas took on Goku and Vegeta, Granola implied that he could have killed Gas prior to coming back implying Relativity.
Goten/Trunks: trained after super hero, in super hero kept up with G1 and G2 so current goten and trunks should be above super hero G1 and G2.
Gamma1/Gamma2: Were made to take care of Goku from the Moro arc as that is the fight that last happened on earth
Merus: Implied by Goku to be capable of taking care of planet Moro
UI Moro: Fought evenly with UI Goku, His base form was above Sign Goku level and was stated by Goku to be above all the his opponents to this point, now take that and give it an ultra instinct level amp and you get a massive gap between the T.O.P the Broly arc and the Moro Arc top tiers its not even close.
This is accurate asf best list and I see what your talking about with gas cuz we know they got stronger over time but we don’t know if they surpassed gas
