People call it an a$$ pull yet Frieza trained for 10 years so it makes sense especially what he did in 4 months it makes more sense then him not doing what he did
10 years of training from this arc make sense. But those 4 months are still an asspull and that's a hill I'll die on.
@@danbil0337 i guess Gohan's power ups are fine without any training then. Gohan at 4 years old the start of DBZ exploded with more power than Goku has ever did who trained his entire life at that point.
@@ShaneFullerYT You do realize that back then Gohan's rage boost allowed him to use ki, something he couldn't do without them. And, as a reminder, current Goku can be nearly killed by a simple laser when not using his ki. So ki control is a massive boost of its own. And even then Gohan was barely above an average soldier from Frieza's army.
Gohan's rage boosts after training for the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa, where he leaned to properly control his ki, never reached even a thousand times (Not talking about DBS, where everyone has asspull power ups).
Frieza in those 4 months increased his power millions of times more than Gohan did in the 14 years who in turn increased it more than Goku did in 26 years.
Goku went from Wall to Solar System level in 26 years.
Gohan went from Human to Solar System level in 14 years.
Frieza went from Star to Multiverse level in 4 months.
So no, compared to Frieza's 4 months asspull, Gohan's rage boosts in DBZ are not asspulls in the slightest.
@@danbil0337 I was just throwing it out there that is not too far fetch that frieza gained that much power like that since other characters gained power in more seemingly more far fetch ways.
Good job in giving the characters' their full names/titles alongside the official names of their powers, forms, etc.
It's a type of effort and care usually not seen in these videos.

I understand the joke but it's fair to say Beerus at any point can become stronger than Goku given how Gohan and Frieza powered up so quickly. Toriyama shot himself in the foot by saying how strong Beerus was in BoG. Granted he probably didn't plan for super to go on for this long.
Too be fair...Beerus keeps getting statements on his power and then the statement gets retconned and then that retconned statement gets retconned and then that retconned of that retconned statement gets retconned and then that re-COUGH
You see where I'm going...Gohan and frieza understandably gotten where they are in the Dragon Ball Food Chain...Beerus is at the top tier top and placed higher after retconning where he was previously placed

I only thought about it now but at first I felt like frieza training 10 years is too long and downgraded his potential but after thinking about it frieza trained 10 years for his base form(which was comparable to base Goku) to be around the level of UI Goku and stacking his other forms on top which is crazy to think about. Goku and vegeta might need to fuse to take frieza on
Base Frieza is not UI Goku level, he killed Gas in his Black form.

No it was black, he had aura and everything
After checking that was definitely BASE Frieza. That was shading from Frieza's velocity & that aura was akin to him simply powering up his base form to oneshot Gas.
@@Coffee2024. You can see it's Black Frieza by looking at his face markings (the lines running down from his eyes).
Base Frieza's face is white regardless if within or outside the markings, whereas Black Frieza got a lighter color within them.
Personally now I think frieza is stronger than beerus

Official site also said Goku refined and polished his UI when he trained with Whis and Toyotaro said Ch 73 Goku > Moro arc Goku.
So Ch 84 PUI > Ch 73 PUI > Moro arc PUI > ToP PUI.

Honestly, I still have Quitela and Beerus being comparable to the other GoDs until they actually proven they are stronger than characters like Jiren, Broly, Moro, etc.
Beerus is capable of stomping SSJ Blue Evolution Vegeta but he hasn't really done anything beyond that and even Moro (Seven-Three Absorbed) stomped SSJ Blue Evolution Vegeta... twice.
