17 mentions in 131 how strong Frieza and Jiren are implying Frieza is more powerful than 17. One of the writers also released a ranking list, pre-tournament, of the strongest fighters from team U7 and he placed Frieza in 3rd just below Vegeta. Based on those two facts I’d put Frieza (and possibly Black) above 17.
To back that up a little further, 17 couldn’t handle a one on one fight with a weakened Jiren (when he lunged at 17 right at the start of the episode) whereas Frieza could at least put up a fight. 17 is crazy powerful and a more tactical fighter but no way does he beat Frieza in strength and pure power.

17 performed better because he never took Toppo or Jiren head on. He would always keep a distance and play it tactically, avoiding their attacks and using the arena as a weapon, whereas Frieza was either blinded with rage or being boastful as usual and facing them head on. Aniraza was a different story, as 17 outperformed not only Frieza and Gohan, but also Vegeta and Goku in that fight so it’s difficult to gauge that one. Sorry dude but I seriously doubt 17 is stronger then True Golden Frieza.
Also 17 did more damage to Jiren than Vegeta or even Ultra Instinct Omen Goku (from episode 110) so I’d chalk that up as to 17 catching Jiren off guard and not him simply being more powerful.

Alan Camacho P kefla is stronger than vegeta and toppo. That has been proven multiple times. Both Caulifia and especially Kale are stronger than Cabba, Bergamo, 18, Ribranne, Frost and Obuni.
Android 17 Toppo and Vegeta are only KKx20 level at best. SSJ1 Kefla was said to be equal to the spirit bomb by Whis, which is kkx40 level. So Kefla>Vegeta>Toppo

I think he did. 17 immediately got knocked away in a 1v1 with a weakened Jiren when the battle first started whereas Frieza could st least go toe to toe with him.

I know there are some things people disagree with.But its still good list.We don't really know the placement for some of these characters since majority of them are fodder.However it doesn't have to be a perfect list to make an accurate list video.
I don't quite agree with all the spots like Cabba being directly beneath Caulifla, but it is fun to see you took the time to list the lot of characters. And obviously the tourney ending of DBS is cluttered with characters.

Like after we only had U7 and U11 left I tried to piece together my own ranking but found myself conflicted with Gohan after repetitive skimming between my notes that I left my list incomplete in my Tumblr's drafts. Like I had a lot of the fodder well set but Goku's many shell breaks sent a lot of characters like Gohan into limbo, especially when you start to scale those increases. I think the only thing I've managed to do is determine Ultra Instinct is Thousands times standard Super Saiyan Blue. So, yay me?
i would put Hit just below or just above kefla because of his trump card. Hit trump card & killing techniques, ui goku and vegeta perfect blue only had a chance against jiren well hit couldn't use killing technique so we don't know how strong he is now

Vegeta, who is a better fighter than Caul and Kefla, couldn't figure out how to deal with Time Skip during their first fight. Kefla most likely wouldn't even adapt to Time Skip, let alone his Trump Card or his other abilities.
Eddie Austin I never leaned toward U6 Vegeta being stronger than Kefla, I simply said he was a better fighter, as in he's smarter and most likely has more combat experience than Cauf and Kale/Kefla. Don't bring Beerus or Champa into this. Beerus was already catching on to Hit's ability, and him having an incomplete UI already trumps Timeskip. Comparing them to Kefla going against Hit isn't the same, even if your point is that the further in DB you get the stronger you are and no efficiency determines that place. While you are correct on this, Hit is in a different case. In terms of raw power, he's not too high. It's because of how much smarter he is than most of the cast, and Caul/Kefla not being able to adapt. Kefla was being hurt by SSB Goku and SSB Kaioken, she wasn't hurt by UI Goku because he didn't know how to fully control it yet till he fought Jiren again, and he stated that later in the fight against Kefla, which is why he relied on a fully charged Kameha. Hit has similar feats to the first time Goku used UI (not saying Hit would beat UI Goku) and him being able to land a hit or two on Jiren, and even push him to a corner (or edge in this case) while Kefla couldn't compete with UI Goku, and even got frustrated and used all her energy because she couldn't touch him. In this case, nearly the same result would happen with him being able to use Timeskip and Surefire. In tournament, she would tank Hits attacks, however outside of it he would kill her, like he did with Goku.
It is more about raw power. In fact, Vegeta was stronger than Hit at the previous tournament, but he couldn't deal with Hit's killing techniques. Even though Kefla might lose against Hit, she is definitely stronger because all observations were about her strength which is very impressive because she is a Potara warrior :)

Even still Beerus was stated to be weaker than Vegito in the manga, Beerus himself said Goku was stronger than him in the DBS spoilers and Jiren was stated to have possibly surpass GOD level while holding back If I put suppressed Beerus under kefla you would have been pissed anyway

Z1 Puncher 無限の拳 jiren was still beating goku in power even with mui. But because they pulled the friendship crap he miraculously got a boost. MUI is not a god form per say it's just letting the body move on it's own. Jiren was able to match it for a good amount meaning he is the strongest by himself. Goku became stronger with help.

My only disagreements: Piccolo is a little too low. I would place him above those 3 robots at least. Goten and Trunks should be lower. Majin Buu a little lower because of lack of feats. Obuni a lot lower. 18 > Viara. I agree with everything else. Great list and awesome editing!

Mitchy Emmen Good list but I have a few disagreements. 1#. Vegito ( Current ) would smack all top tier Gods of Destruction including Mui Goku and Hidden Power Jiren. 3#. Assb Vegeta>> Low tier Gods of destruction. He dominated Toppo in his phase 2 state and pretty much oneshotted him with a Final Flash and carried on fighting with Jiren even proclaiming that , that same weakened Vegeta was more powerful than Toppo and he also acknowledged him saying that if he was at full power he could have put up a much better fight or possibly beat him.

It wouldn't make sense for Vegito Blue to be that strong. DarkSquid speed doesn’t negates power you can be fast with weak hits if that was the case dyspo would’ve felt with hit with no problems if it was a fight to the death frieza most likely would’ve disposed of him easily

Android 18 is far too low on your list. She should be above Caulifa and Cabba. She is in the same league of power and strength. Her abilities are underestimated.
I think you are right. I'm not sure if Cabba mastered SSJ2 like Caulifla. I guess Android 18 is as strong as Cabba , but a little weaker than Caulifla who is more powerful than Cabba.

Vegeta being the only execption we have seen. So unless you think that kefla is on Blue evolution Vegeta's level then i don't see how Kefla can come out as the victor.
I agree with almost all of your choices, although Toppo's placement on the list is a bit iffy for me. Vegeta *narrowly* beat him as an ascended Super Saiyan Blue. It took a self destructing energy attack just to beat him. Also, He hasn't become stronger since that power up. I'd put him slightly behind Vegeta.
They are blind to the fact that Vegeta nearly killed himself in order to eliminate Toppo. Both were in similar shapes- drained and back to base. But of course, people are biased as usual

The list is good but there are a few problems with it -Vegito Blue from the FT Saga should not be above Vegeta, Beerus, Toppo, Kefla, and the other GoDs because Vegeta said when he was fighting Jiren for the first time that he never felt a powerful energy like this before. You might be wondering if this goes for Kefla and Ep 116 UI Goku, but it doesn’t. Vegeta confirmed that Jiren wasn’t fighting him and Goku as seriously as in episode 110 against Ultra Instinct Goku. -Future Trunks and Merged Zamasu should not be as high as they are. Beerus>Jiren & Goku Nothing in these last few episodes have proved that Beerus is weaker than Jiren and Goku. It was never stated or proved at all in the anime. Champa>Kefla Same as the last one. Nothing suggests that Kefla is stronger than Champa. Gohan>Goku Black Gohan was a rival to SSB Goku and SSB Goku at the beginning of the tournament was stronger than Goku Black so it makes sense to put Gohan above Goku Black. I mean you put Frieza above him after all so it would make sense to put Gohan above Black. and that about it for my disagreements. Other than that very good list.

xXSonTjXx hey I’m back here again :/ -When was there any statements in the anime that Vegito Blue and Merged Zamasu we’re above the God of Destructions because I haven’t seen or heard of any. -They can scale to Vegito Blue. Merged Zamasu because he gave Vegito Blue a challenge, and Trunks because with his Spirit Sword. -Too bad the show contradicts this by making characters at that level and then not stating that they surpassed GoD level. SSB Goku by your logic should be stronger than Beerus because he took on a even more powerful Jiren by himself. In fact; Toppo, Vegeta, Kefla, and Anilaza should all be stronger than Beerus if we’re going by the early Whis statement back in episode 109(which none of these characters are ever stated to be stronger than Beerus which just shows how DBS contradicts itself by early statements like Whis’s) Also Beerus has NEVER said that Goku surpassed him at all. That spoiler for episode 129 was useless in determining that because it was never stated in the episode to begin with. Not even episode 130 backed this up either. All we got was Beerus saying that Goku is an unbelievable guy. -Like I said before nothing states that Kefla surpassed Champa at all. Nothing in the anime suggests that at all that’s basically headcanon. -You make a fair point point. I can see Gohan beating Goku Black individually, but not all those clones.
Shouldn't Cabba technically be lower? He was pretty exhausted after he eliminated Monna, and you put her pretty low on the list which makes sense since she was weaker than base form Vegeta.
Hmm, it's a match to be sure. Honestly though 18's primary attribute is her massive strength, and Caulifla german suplexing pig guy shows she's no slouch. Other than that they're both somewhat sloppy fighters with limited formal training, so the main difference between them I feel is 18's underhanded and intelligent nature, vs Caulifla's Goku like potential for innovation. Given how far it's taken Goku, I'm going with Caulifla.
Eh, 18's only real solo achievement was taking out Ribrianne with the help of her brother, and Ribrianne isn't that powerful. Frankly, she shouldn't be that strong. She rarely trains, and has extremely limited martial arts abilities. She's really coasting by on her high intelligence, deceptive personality, and the fact that androids just might be the strongest DB race at base.

Awesome job and maybe not perfect, but very accurate list. In my opinion Kefla is stronger than Zamasu, Trunks and Vegeta because Goku almost could took damage from this fusion while being in UIO and Vegeta who is number 9 on this list was out of power after defeating number 16. Another thing is that Piccolo is too low if he could match with no. 25 Super Namekians nearly like Gohan.
Great job explaining your opinion unlike most, Piccolo was only able to do that because he had back up from gohan charging up his beam attack and he couldn't keep up when gohan was fighting with him in base either
Fused Zamasu had the counterparts Future Zamasu and Goku Black who are each stronger than Kale and Caulifla.Fused Zamasu fought decently against Vegito Blue i doubt SSJ Berserker 2 Kefla could do that.
Regarding Sidra - Roh implied that Frieza would be a threat to him and he himself was intimidated by normal blue Goku. His only feats are using hakai just to destroy a city and failing to destroy Frieza. Both Toppo and Kefla have far greater feats than that. But then again this is just my opinion and I don’t want to argue over something that can’t be proven.

17 mentions in 131 how strong Frieza and Jiren are implying Frieza is more powerful than 17. One of the writers also released a ranking list, pre-tournament, of the strongest fighters from team U7 and he placed Frieza in 3rd just below Vegeta. Based on those two facts I’d put Frieza (and possibly Black) above 17.
To back that up a little further, 17 couldn’t handle a one on one fight with a weakened Jiren (when he lunged at 17 right at the start of the episode) whereas Frieza could at least put up a fight. 17 is crazy powerful and a more tactical fighter but no way does he beat Frieza in strength and pure power.
Ripolt just because 17 acknowledged Frieza’s power doesn’t mean anything, 17 was the one who did the blow the put a weaken Jiren to his knees unlike golden Frieza and 17 performed better against anilaza, toppo and Jiren
I’m not going to make assumptions on one off compliments to make Frieza stronger than 17
And the writer also said Goku and Frieza was tied for first place and Gohan and 17 was tied which both was wrong
17 performed better because he never took Toppo or Jiren head on. He would always keep a distance and play it tactically, avoiding their attacks and using the arena as a weapon, whereas Frieza was either blinded with rage or being boastful as usual and facing them head on. Aniraza was a different story, as 17 outperformed not only Frieza and Gohan, but also Vegeta and Goku in that fight so it’s difficult to gauge that one.
Sorry dude but I seriously doubt 17 is stronger then True Golden Frieza.
Also 17 did more damage to Jiren than Vegeta or even Ultra Instinct Omen Goku (from episode 110) so I’d chalk that up as to 17 catching Jiren off guard and not him simply being more powerful.

Alan Camacho P kefla is stronger than vegeta and toppo. That has been proven multiple times. Both Caulifia and especially Kale are stronger than Cabba, Bergamo, 18, Ribranne, Frost and Obuni.

I understand the pain. Like after we only had U7 and U11 left I tried to piece together my own ranking but found myself conflicted with Gohan after repetitive skimming between my notes that I left my list incomplete in my Tumblr's drafts. Like I had a lot of the fodder well set but Goku's many shell breaks sent a lot of characters like Gohan into limbo, especially when you start to scale those increases.
I think the only thing I've managed to do is determine Ultra Instinct is Thousands times standard Super Saiyan Blue. So, yay me?

i would put Hit just below or just above kefla because of his trump card. Hit trump card & killing techniques, ui goku and vegeta perfect blue only had a chance against jiren well hit couldn't use killing technique so we don't know how strong he is now

Eddie Austin I never leaned toward U6 Vegeta being stronger than Kefla, I simply said he was a better fighter, as in he's smarter and most likely has more combat experience than Cauf and Kale/Kefla.
Don't bring Beerus or Champa into this. Beerus was already catching on to Hit's ability, and him having an incomplete UI already trumps Timeskip. Comparing them to Kefla going against Hit isn't the same, even if your point is that the further in DB you get the stronger you are and no efficiency determines that place. While you are correct on this, Hit is in a different case. In terms of raw power, he's not too high. It's because of how much smarter he is than most of the cast, and Caul/Kefla not being able to adapt.
Kefla was being hurt by SSB Goku and SSB Kaioken, she wasn't hurt by UI Goku because he didn't know how to fully control it yet till he fought Jiren again, and he stated that later in the fight against Kefla, which is why he relied on a fully charged Kameha.
Hit has similar feats to the first time Goku used UI (not saying Hit would beat UI Goku) and him being able to land a hit or two on Jiren, and even push him to a corner (or edge in this case) while Kefla couldn't compete with UI Goku, and even got frustrated and used all her energy because she couldn't touch him. In this case, nearly the same result would happen with him being able to use Timeskip and Surefire. In tournament, she would tank Hits attacks, however outside of it he would kill her, like he did with Goku.
It is more about raw power. In fact, Vegeta was stronger than Hit at the previous tournament, but he couldn't deal with Hit's killing techniques. Even though Kefla might lose against Hit, she is definitely stronger because all observations were about her strength which is very impressive because she is a Potara warrior :)

Z1 Puncher 無限の拳 jiren was still beating goku in power even with mui. But because they pulled the friendship crap he miraculously got a boost. MUI is not a god form per say it's just letting the body move on it's own. Jiren was able to match it for a good amount meaning he is the strongest by himself. Goku became stronger with help.

1#. Vegito ( Current ) would smack all top tier Gods of Destruction including Mui Goku and Hidden Power Jiren.
3#. Assb Vegeta>> Low tier Gods of destruction.
He dominated Toppo in his phase 2 state and pretty much oneshotted him with a Final Flash and carried on fighting with Jiren even proclaiming that , that same weakened Vegeta was more powerful than Toppo and he also acknowledged him saying that if he was at full power he could have put up a much better fight or possibly beat him.
+Alex Mercer Firstly, SSJB being that strong is just speculation. High tier Gods of destruction like Beerus are capable of fighting multiple Gods at the same time. It wouldn't make sense for Vegito Blue to be that strong. We see Jiren easily overpower, SSJB+Kaioken*20 Goku + Super Saiyan Blue Evolution Vegeta + Android 17 + Golden Freiza without any effort(And this was a Jiren who wasn't even really trying). Don't tell me the potara multiplier is still way superior to this combination.

When Toppo transformed, Whis never remarked on Toppo being too difficult to beat like he did with Jiren. Also, Beerus stated that Toppo needed time to charge his Hakai energy. Note:(The energy used against Freiza by Sidra was not used by him. It was a fraction of energy given to an assassin weaker than Yamcha). Vegeta had to use his final atonement attack to completely overpower Full Power Toppo.
A low tier god of destruction tier fighter should be able to hurt Normal State Jiren like unmastered UI Goku did. SSJB Evolution Vegeta is more or less relative to SSJB+ KK*20 Goku(Obviously stronger) and his punch was easily blocked by Jiren.

Vegeta being the only execption we have seen. So unless you think that kefla is on Blue evolution Vegeta's level then i don't see how Kefla can come out as the victor.

I agree with almost all of your choices, although Toppo's placement on the list is a bit iffy for me. Vegeta *narrowly* beat him as an ascended Super Saiyan Blue. It took a self destructing energy attack just to beat him. Also, He hasn't become stronger since that power up. I'd put him slightly behind Vegeta.
They are blind to the fact that Vegeta nearly killed himself in order to eliminate Toppo. Both were in similar shapes- drained and back to base. But of course, people are biased as usual

But kefla wasn't able to touch UI goku and has been humilied so.... I more think she's at Vegeta's transformation level before his rage mode. For me a fusion between a "legendary super saiyan" and a super saiyan 2 cannot be above gods.

-Vegito Blue from the FT Saga should not be above Vegeta, Beerus, Toppo, Kefla, and the other GoDs because
Vegeta said when he was fighting Jiren for the first time that he never felt a powerful energy like this before. You might be wondering if this goes for Kefla and Ep 116 UI Goku, but it doesn’t. Vegeta confirmed that Jiren wasn’t fighting him and Goku as seriously as in episode 110 against Ultra Instinct Goku.
-Future Trunks and Merged Zamasu should not be as high as they are.
Beerus>Jiren & Goku
Nothing in these last few episodes have proved that Beerus is weaker than Jiren and Goku. It was never stated or proved at all in the anime.
Champa>Kefla
Same as the last one. Nothing suggests that Kefla is stronger than Champa.
Gohan>Goku Black
Gohan was a rival to SSB Goku and SSB Goku at the beginning of the tournament was stronger than Goku Black so it makes sense to put Gohan above Goku Black. I mean you put Frieza above him after all so it would make sense to put Gohan above Black.

-Vegito Blue & Fused Zamasu have statements saying they surpassed the gods in the anime and other merchandising (not including the fact that Vegito Blue is stated to be stronger than Beerus in the manga while only charging up the Final Kamehameha)

-Jiren was literally stated to be GOD level while suppressed and whis said he might have surpassed it then he continued to power up, Goku beat him and in spoilers he said to surpass GOD level and Beerus saying that Goku is stronger than him
-Kefla was stronger than 1st UI Sign Goku who was on par with suppressed Jiren who was stated to be on GOD level or surpassing it and she only lost because of UI's dodging
-Goku Black wins because he is a better fighter and his overall hax using 10 clones and etc

-They can scale to Vegito Blue. Merged Zamasu because he gave Vegito Blue a challenge, and Trunks because with his Spirit Sword.
-Too bad the show contradicts this by making characters at that level and then not stating that they surpassed GoD level. SSB Goku by your logic should be stronger than Beerus because he took on a even more powerful Jiren by himself. In fact; Toppo, Vegeta, Kefla, and Anilaza should all be stronger than Beerus if we’re going by the early Whis statement back in episode 109(which none of these characters are ever stated to be stronger than Beerus which just shows how DBS contradicts itself by early statements like Whis’s) Also Beerus has NEVER said that Goku surpassed him at all. That spoiler for episode 129 was useless in determining that because it was never stated in the episode to begin with. Not even episode 130 backed this up either. All we got was Beerus saying that Goku is an unbelievable guy.
-Like I said before nothing states that Kefla surpassed Champa at all. Nothing in the anime suggests that at all that’s basically headcanon.
-You make a fair point point. I can see Gohan beating Goku Black individually, but not all those clones.

Shouldn't Cabba technically be lower? He was pretty exhausted after he eliminated Monna, and you put her pretty low on the list which makes sense since she was weaker than base form Vegeta.
To be fair he was mostly tired because he spent ages being ragdolled in SSJ1. If he had been SSJ2 from the start it would have gone a lot differently.

Hmm, it's a match to be sure. Honestly though 18's primary attribute is her massive strength, and Caulifla german suplexing pig guy shows she's no slouch. Other than that they're both somewhat sloppy fighters with limited formal training, so the main difference between them I feel is 18's underhanded and intelligent nature, vs Caulifla's Goku like potential for innovation.
Given how far it's taken Goku, I'm going with Caulifla.

Eh, 18's only real solo achievement was taking out Ribrianne with the help of her brother, and Ribrianne isn't that powerful.
Frankly, she shouldn't be that strong. She rarely trains, and has extremely limited martial arts abilities. She's really coasting by on her high intelligence, deceptive personality, and the fact that androids just might be the strongest DB race at base.
Lmao I was gonna comment on why Goku has 3 spots on this list and 2 of which are above Jiren.... Then I noticed they are all shared for 5th place 😝 good job, I totally agree with this list.
Awesome job and maybe not perfect, but very accurate list. In my opinion Kefla is stronger than Zamasu, Trunks and Vegeta because Goku almost could took damage from this fusion while being in UIO and Vegeta who is number 9 on this list was out of power after defeating number 16. Another thing is that Piccolo is too low if he could match with no. 25 Super Namekians nearly like Gohan.
Great job explaining your opinion unlike most, Piccolo was only able to do that because he had back up from gohan charging up his beam attack and he couldn't keep up when gohan was fighting with him in base either
Fused Zamasu had the counterparts Future Zamasu and Goku Black who are each stronger than Kale and Caulifla.Fused Zamasu fought decently against Vegito Blue i doubt SSJ Berserker 2 Kefla could do that.

Regarding Sidra - Roh implied that Frieza would be a threat to him and he himself was intimidated by normal blue Goku. His only feats are using hakai just to destroy a city and failing to destroy Frieza. Both Toppo and Kefla have far greater feats than that. But then again this is just my opinion and I don’t want to argue over something that can’t be proven.

My reasonings are simple:
I get why you put kefla so high but it was never stated that her power surpassed champa's. Sure she's stronger then the ultra instinct goku that fought jiren but we don't know how string he was compared to the other gods. So she's at least above toppo because the other gods still have more training and experience then both combined
I still think goku black can defeat hit. The guy gets stronger when he's damaged. Plus he has goku's techniques and fighting style but it would be close
Vados destroyed a planet with her staff sure but whis can reverse time. Plus we don't know all, their feats so for now their tied.
