I love this I have a prayer binder and it was my grandmother who encouraged me to write out all of my feelings but I agree when you write down your prayers it makes a difference and it such a peaceful feeling when you talk to God, I use to be so consistent this have encouraged me to pull out my journal again. thank you so much God bless you.

Thank you Camille! Do you sell your prayer journal? Where can I find it? I am not on instagram...
When you write in your prayer journal do you then also pray afterwards? I feel like just writing isn't the same as praying one on one to the Lord. I absolutely love the idea of a prayer journal but Im wondering if those that do it don't also still pray... Not saying one way or the other is wrong, I'm a firm believer there's no wrong way to pray as long as youre speaking to Jesus so no judgement at all just curious how others do it ❤
Absolutely I pray on my knees and I write in my journal there’s nothing like praying in the spirit and praying with reverence. Prayer journaling is not to replace praying to the Lord by any means just another way to pray and get those thoughts on paper ♥️🙏🏾

Where do you get your journals from?
Some of them from Ross, target or Walmart but I also create my own journals as well 💖 the one in this video is available on my Etsy shop
Hey Camille! I have a question about YOUR personal prayer journaling time...
Do you write in your prayer journal after you have verbally prayed, or is this a set aside time to just commune with God textually? Do you have set times or simply write whenever you're inspired? I'm trying yo get a feel for how i can rhythm this into my routine with God...

Hey Jeni! Great question! To be honest I always write in my journal after verbal prayer with God.
It’s just something about verbally praying that my soul craves then I’ll move it over to the journal for some extra devotion 💖🙏🏾 when it comes to writing I allow it to be free form so whenever my heart feels heavy and I have the time to journal I will then journal.
I’ve noticed that writing allows me to be intentional also and let it all out on paper as well. I would suggest starting small maybe a small prayer entry a day when you feel called. And allow it for form into a good habit to help on your faith journey.💖
@Camille Alane i love that. And you're right. Writing is so healing for me, but sometimes i put pressure to write a lot and end up not doing it. I'll definitely start with small entries to recap my prayers. Intentionality is key! Thank you x

Absolutely! You are communing with God. I do it all the time. It is so helpful to me. And one of the beautiful things is that you can go back and see where you were at that point and time. And even how much you have grown overtime 😊
