  • Dancer’s hip, also known as snapping hip, is a condition characterized by a snapping sensation caused by motion of muscles and tendons over bony structures around the hip joint. It is often seen in young athletes such as dancers.
    This video is an introduction to dancer's hip, the anatomy and pathophysiology involved, and demonstrates a number of stretches and exercises you can do from home to help treat and prevent this condition.
