Only thing that doesn't make any sense is why everyone is so afraid of the Joker. He's just a dude, he doesn't even have a sword like Kenshi. He's just a guy in face paint who hits you with a stick, he's not Shao Kahn 2.0.

In MK vs DC he hardly defeated Sonya Blade and even was surprised by that. And Sonya is one of the weakest characters, according to lore.
