Not a question, just wanted to pass on some information. Often you talk about the fish suffering. I work across the state of Florida working with pain doctors and neurosurgeons. The facts about fish are they lack 2 biological components that makes pain nonexistent for fish. Psychologists (behavioral scientists) have attempted to debunk this claiming fish have other ways to feel pain, however as I've had it explained to me by doctors who specialize in pain and the nervous system, psychologists need to stay in their lane. LOL. They make the false assumption fish experience the world the way a human foes and that is bad science. Anyway, the pain response is transmitted through a specific type of nerve called c-fibers. This specific type of nerve is nonexistent in fish. In addition to that, the section of the brain pain is processed is also absent in fish. Aquatic mamals and other creatures like say an octopus do have the biologic anatomy required to sense pain. Fish do have a sense of feel, but if you straighten your arm and lock out your elbow, and grab that super wrinkly piece of skin on the tip of your elbow and pinch it between your index finger and thumb, that part has few c-fibers. It is possible to find a section of skin that you can pinch hard with no pain. That is a fishes entire body.
I don’t think anyone would mind a longer video. He’ll I think most people would prefer it. I wouldn’t worry about making videos over 30m I watch your long videos all the time.

Yeah pretty much RUclips is my TV I don't watch regular TV I'd rather go through RUclips and watch the videos I want to see so the longer the better for sure I agree with you
One of the reasons I prefer fishing from my kayaks and my canoe is that I enjoy the "journey" as much as the actual fishing. Until I found your channel I honestly never felt like I'd seen a "boat" fisherman (or spear fisherman) that really genuinely enjoyed the journey. Thanks for what you do, LOVING the videos.
I never liked fishing or outdoors stuff much when I was younger. But the older I get the more I completely understand the appeal. So much that I’m enjoying even watching you guys while I work. What a wonderful life, living the dream and enjoying the world to the fullest. Good for you guys!

Stayed with a buddy in the Lake Lanier area and he starts playing a youtube video of a guy fighting a swordfish for us to just watch while we killed time the night after fishing..... it was your channel and he's been a subscriber as well for a while. Fantastic video. Took a coworker out Saturday to the reef. Dropped a knocker rig down and brought up a Yellowtail schoolie and 2 Flags. Set the anchor and started the chum. He wasn't feeling it. Too lumpy. Went back today, just schoolies. When it's on it's on.

Fished like that when I was younger in the Gulf but with small grunts and had a blast. But nit able to now I live in Jacksonville with no boat and a bad back. Great haul you was able to catch!! Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up

New subscriber and I wanted to say love the channel! I appreciate that you share your mistakes, realities, you harvest responsibly, and you take the time to get stone shots. I’m new to spear fishing but my dad raised me to only kill what I’ll eat, and only take kill shots. Some of these other channels appear to take excessive harvests (I’m guessing to get clicks), and take poor shots. A poor shot creates unnecessary suffering and can result in a lost fish that eventually dies.
Another great video! I’m really disappointed that I don’t get the chance to fish with you before you decided to move away from R&R trips but thank you for introducing us to Zack! What a great trip. I can’t wait to see the 2nd half!

I try to keep them at a happy medium. alot of times the longer ones don't perform as well. but love to hear it!
