DAMN!!! IT'S A MONSTA!!! Nice catch bro... bringing it in with a lure in an area where live bait is king.. I like how that guy threw his cast net on your retrieval.... thanks for sharing.
I think u haven't caught a 35 plus inch snook yet lol, that's what will keep u casting over and over, I haven't been in a couple of years but used to do it in search of a 40", still catch a whole lot more than anyone out there in the bay... tight lines 🎣🎣
@@SNOOKINGAROUND Bro , if you want to catch your first 40" Snook head to the jetties at night in clear clean water with a lite. 38 1/2 to 42" Snook can be caught with ease like I've done over the past 30yrs.
@@SNOOKINGAROUND l would, but I only have grainy videos of those fish from back in the 90's & early 2000's in old VHS form. Bro, G Bridge is not the only place to catch them fish where you're just intercepting every fish that goes by. I bet if you go to the jetties at night you will catch that monster Snook.
7'6" berkley Ampd Rod from walmart, its cheap but its a good blank until the guides give out, reel is the Shimamo Sedona 4000, , line 10 lbs Power Pro Braid, 30lb mono leader, lure Xrap
Huesu pinshi mama! hahaha that was badass man, that airborne shot was sick. What do you think was the one that got off? Another snook or something else?
Yeah was another snook i kept trying to keep pressure and tightening the drag, but was big plus the incoming tide, it went down to the oysters n was all she wrote
The one I have is 7'6 medium I think all that I've seen are medium, good rod but the guides go bad if u dnt store properly, but the rod itself the blanks are good
Great catch Sir. Thank you for practicing catch and release. Keep on posting great videos. Continued success.
