- My Chantilly Cream is a whipped cream frosting that is stabilized with mascarpone and slightly sweetened. Utterly delicious on everything and it won't melt!

Although I really love this recipe and have been using it for about a year, it is heavier than regular whipped cream. The texture is super creamy, and the taste is really awesome but it is different from regular whipped cream. Just saying for anyone who wants to try it.
Regular whipped cream will be lighter and more airy.
This stabilised whipped cream is good enough to be used as a cake filling and it pipes super well.
And again, it does taste awesome!
