medium format would not cause you to miss focus but the very shallow 2.4 would. don't try to fine focus with the lens but instead, use your body. slightly lean in or lean back to nail the focus. it works much better than turning that ring back and forth. with the ring, you are working with two motions...the hand turning the ring and the natural sway of your body. if you use only your body, you eliminate the need to turn the focus ring therefore you eliminate unnecessary movements and shakes. hope that makes sense.
That end of the roll issue keeps happening to me too! Only on Kodak rolls for whatever reason, but it's the little sealing paper that gets caught in the roller on the right side.
Hey Corey - the last frame issue with the Kodak rolls is a somewhat common issue with P67s. The shutter curtain is not adequately glued to the rollers and many P67 shutters become detached and jammed. This causes the winder to get stuck. Take a look at your curtain. Is it wrinkled?
I've used four different P67 bodies for more than 35 years, and I've never heard of a shutter curtain coming loose or detaching. What I have seen (and once happen to me) is that carelessly loading the roll leader so it is loose before closing up the camera, the whole roll winds loose on the tank-up spool and jams in the camera part way through. That's not a camera issue; it is a user issue, particularly as the manual cautions about it.
Always found the pentax a dog to load, especially when you have two to load and trying to not to get the film mixed up if they had been pushed. I always felt unsure. And that slap ooof
Did you shoot many of those closeups wide open at 2.4? Seems like you were stopped down to maybe f4 or 5.6. Nice video and shots. She's a beast in so many ways!
Do u shoot at box speed/ at whatever the meter tell you? Any tips when i shoot with light meter at box speed I feel like my photos still come out overexposed
RUclips is dear diary for millennials. Today I took pics of my friend in the back yard with an analog camera older than me which makes it special. My eye was being difficult.

Great comment ! I will try this - I have the same set up - Pentax 67ii + 105mm
“I wouldn’t say I’m great at them..” *takes absolutely fire portraits*
“On my farm” the flex! Great video!

happens to me too, almost always with Ektar. And to add, never caused me any issues on the rolls, more just a nuisance.
Happens to me too only with Kodak as well. Glad I’m not the only one shitting my pants over it

Alex: not a model.
Proceeds to melt RUclips with his mustache.
Unconditioned loved all the shot. Very Fine Grain..
Loving those portraits with the shadows. Looking forward to hearing more about your project 💫
If you're going to keep that camera look for the focus magnifier on ebay. It makes focusing this monster so much easier.
If you buy a Pentax 67 read the manual a few times before you use it. Many problems with the camera is from user error. Nice portraits sir!
The light is golden hour perfect.
Beautiful work man !
very swag
much cool
Dang Corey that pantex does well in your hands. Loved the images big time.
Hurts ro see the abandonded benzo. Im glad my 190e is still in a good shape

3:12 is the best shot imo
at around 2:12 you can see that you haven't locked one of the tabs down. could this be the culprit?
Men wear tops?
watch Corey regret his decisions :D
Remove the paper completely from the film. It used to be written on Kodak film peers back in the day.
Lou 😳
