Perso, moi j'ai adoré tes deux premières vidéos science fiction, c'était génial, très créatif. Tu avais su créer un univers et quand tu es revenu plusieurs années plus tard, donc récemment, tu as laissé tomber le concept. C'est fort dommage. Je souhaite que ça revienne car je suis persuadé que tu as le talent pour faire des vidéos très abouties. Belles vacances dans l'Est. A très vite!
Oui c’était super fun de faire ces deux premières vidéos à l’époque ! Content que ça t’ai plu :) Je vais essayer de mélanger des vidéos plus simples à réaliser, ce qui me permet de poster un peu plus souvent, et des vidéos plus montées comme ma précédente ou je vous montre la maison de campagne qui me demande quelques semaines de boulot. Faut trouver le bon équilibre quand on fait ça en plus d’une vie bien remplie. En tout cas merci de suivre la chaîne depuis le début ❤️
Swim tip for crawl/freestyle: do your best not to lift your head up, you should be looking down most of the time. When you lift your head up, maybe to look forward or to catch your breath, your hips will sink and slow you down a ton. Conversely, looking down will help raise your hips and position your body higher on the water. The only way you should be rotating in the front crawl is using your core to roll side to side when you breath in pull (this is called the vertical axis and it's the same in backstroke), whereas butterfly and breast-stroke rotate/pivot from the hips (called the horizontal axis). Hope this helps!
Thank you very much for these tips. I’ll try to apply them because, yes, I think I’m actually making more of a head movement to catch my breath instead of using my core, as you mentioned 🤔. And I’m probably lifting my head too much (a reaction to previously swallowing a lot of water while doing the crawl ^^).
It's a graphic kind of vintage poster of a plan of how zodiac signs are impacted by the movement of the sun. I don't believe that much in those but I found it in Paris one day and I thought it was pretty.
