This is the best exe game ever. It has endings. Good story. The fact that it was made a few years ago and it's still this good surprises me and alot of us. It's an amazing and very fun/nostalgic game.

He's named that because he's collecting/hunting souls wich he later transforms into blue emeralds. His main enemy is Exetior himself(the original one), wich he wants to avenge for "killing all of his friends", wich leads to a conclusion that he's just trying to copy the feelings or memories of the actual Sonic. He also seems to be an incredible manipulator, as he tricked Tails and Sonic with different methods and purposes. Unlike most versions, this guy can actually move at speed of sound(shown in some of the animations by the devs).
Imagine having to see the dead bodies of your friends when you couldn't do anything but just watch as somebody kills them. Knowing you could have prevented all of this if you were just stronger
