All carbonated beverages including sparkling water. Create CO2 when you consume them if you can send them with food THC your stomach. Which means you cannot digest your food properly which means you're going to gain weight it's not the high fructose corn syrup it's not the aspartame it's not the sugar it's the CO2 in the bubble. If you were to quit drinking CO2 build drinks only when you are not eating. You will lose weight easily Coca-Cola does not want people to know this because everybody loves a Coke and a burger but that's why we are fat

With your advice I went from 210 to 154 pounds. My general practice doctor took me off amlodipine (high blood pressure meds), and my general practice doctor says that I don't have to go back on amlodipine unless something unusual happens and I suddenly gain back 50 or more pounds. I follow intermittent fasting religiously and do a very low carbohydrate breakfast at 6:30 am followed by lunch at 11:00. I don't eat after lunch. I also consume 4 tablespoons of psyllium husk powder per meal to help supply added fiber. My typical breakfast consists of Ezekiel bread with stevia sweetened chia seed pudding along with cooked tomatoes, 1 ounce tofu, 1 ounce tuna, and 3 ounces of well cooked spinach omelet along with an artichoke. I also take probiotic, vitamin D, a multivitamin supplement. My typical lunch consists of a stew containing avocado, asparagus, organic pea protein, fenugreek seeds along with homemade stevia sweetened pudding made from 2 cups Malk brand almond milk and 1/2 cup organic chia seeds along with turmeric and 2 tablespoons cacao powder for flavoring. For lunch I also consume one artichoke. Toward the evening I am a bit dehydrated. I liven up with a can of stevia sweetened soda water with two tablespoons of added ginger kombucha, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.

I started a new way of life 6 weeks ago after my doctor diagnosed me with diabetes and obesity.
It's hard. I know a lot of the things I'm supposed to do but have given myself excuses not to do them and gone into that cycle of depression (that my doctor seemed to refuse to discuss), inactivity and overeating.
So I'm just pushing forward anyway. I've been tracking my blood glucose and weighing myself, in addition to eating low carb, cutting out drinks that aren't water, coffee or tea and for the majority of the time, not snacking. Doing Stronglifts 5x5 and 2 miles on an exercise bike 3 times a week. So far I have lost 16lbs, my average blood glucose is 107 and I feel so much happier, storonger, active, healthy, enjoying my family and hobbies and don't feel the urge to overeat. But what I have really noticed, despite the weight not going off really quickly on the scale is that my tummy is getting smaller and less dense. I still have 70lbs to go.
Lockdown wasn't great, but Work from home is enabling me to really get my workouts done without being worried about being late to work.

if you have a fatty liver it will take longer to lose weight and the first 10 pounds is water,,, the liver also has a reservoir of sugar that you will have to burn through along with the fat around the liver which could be up to ~6000 calories,,,

Thomas, I am 41 years old female started keto over 6 years ago. I lost weight quickly. Lost 67lbs in 6 months, but I needed to loose more got down to 204lbs and I am 5'7". I stayed strict for 3 years. I added fasting, started taking magnesium 500 - 600 MG. Started doing some weights started taking a digestive inzimes. I could not get any more weight to come off. My legs slowly began getting fatter after 3 years keto. Went back up to 211 lbs but maintained that for a long time and it was still better then being almost 280 so I kept trying and trying. Now at 41 I keep going on and off keto. Nothing gets the weight moving. I am so disappointed and can't figure it out but I know keto worked for me in the beginning. I have decided I will never be under 200 lbs again but I desperately want to be under 205. Now I am 239 and nothing makes it budge. I have anemia, brittle hair, very dry skin. Dr. Says thyroid is good. I don’t have a gallbladder. What am I missing?

@@hamud101 Wrong. I am an expert. I don't need to stay in ketosis all week. he doesn't even stay in ketosis all the time. He says this in another video of his. I have watched many of his videos. I never said eating my carbs keeps me in ketosis. Some days I do not need to stay in ketosis if I am training. I do kickboxing and variety of workouts and on those days when it is alot I eat 50 grams of carbs which is fine. I also only eat a little above the calories my body need to maintain weight and I eat very healthy. I am a super healthy eater so I don't need food coaching at all. I also do not need a lesson in eating more protein and I don't know how you came to that conclusion. I eat plenty of protein. I eat most days at least 90 grams and still keep very low carbs. I know to eat 1 gram per body lb of body weight. I have lost 80lbs. If you visit my videos on my RUclips you will see I already know what I am doing. Hey dude With the help of my wife being on the keto diet, doing workouts at the gym, intermittent fasting and applying your advice. I have lost 20kg or 44 lbs since 1st June this Year. Mind you having hyperthyroidism might be helping this a little as well.
I have had that for the past 4 years and I still couldn't loose weight before that. I am now only about 3 kgs away from my ideal weight. This last bit of weight is way harder to get rid of than the last 20 kgs. So I am going to take your advice about loading up on GOOD carbs like lentils etc for about 3 or 4 days and do the high intensity cardio one week and high strength at the gym the next week. Due to a long term shoulder injury, I am not looking forward to the high weight/strength workout as this could hurt a lot. I think I will have to try and be careful when doing this. Anyway thanks for your advice. I see you as my keto coach. In fact I might go to the gym now. Thanks for the inspiration.

I've been working out for 1 year now doing Yoga 2 times a week & 10 miles on a stationary bike 2 times a week plus a spin class twice a week. I'm toning up nicely in other areas but it's difficult to loose weight in the belly - looks like I'm pregnant 😅 ( I'm in my mid 50's) I'm taking omega 3 & started magnesium a couple months ago. Plus a hand full of other vitamins. I'm going to change to a paleo lifestyle with fasting & see if that helps. I hadn't heard about milk thistle & I may add that too.... I'm thankful I work out daily - if I didn't I'd probably be very obese...

Walking exercise is definitely perfect, take it from me. I've lost over 90 lbs in 7 months; going from 270 lbs to 172 lbs REAL close to my aim target weight goal of 165 lbs.
If I can do it You can do it as well.
30 mins of walking in the morning and afternoon 6 days a week, that's a total of 60 mins.
      Wish you the best! 👍

Thanks for your great videos!! I'd love to try fasting but have to teach fitness & Yoga classes every morning and find that light breakfast helps me deal with the stress of teaching classes but this video helped me to understand how the stress is not totally bad if I can just 'hang in there' for that period of time when feeling stressed from not eating.
    Thanks, Susan

Bill, I have some good news for you. ALS is caused by an elevated free copper level, and you can reverse it by lowering that free copper. The free copper is caused by an ATP7B gene defect where the body doesn't adequately bind the copper from the food we eat. This free copper builds up over the years, and when people start getting older thier blood brain barrier starts to deteteriorate, which allows the free copper to enter the brain. This free or unbound copper is toxic and disrupts the electirical signals in the brain. I did alot of research on this years ago after my uncle died with ALS, and my grandfather had Parkinsons, which is also caused by free copper. The now retired geneticist, Dr. George Brewer, believed ALS was really just neurological Wilson's disease. There are over 400 ATP7B gene mutations and many of them are neurological in nature and don't cause any liver problems. Wilson's is known as a liver disease, but only some of the mutations cause liver damage. Anyway, Dr. Brewer was taking ALS patients, and rediagnosing them with neurological Wilson's disease and reversing their condition. He was lowering their free copper with a compound called ammonium tetrathiomolybdate (TM). He rediagnosed them, because the FDA has only approved TM for treatment of Wilson's disease. Once decoppered, he would transition them to daily zinc to prevent the free copper from building back up. You can also lower free copper with high doses of zinc, but it takes a few years to lower the free copper to non toxic levels. TM will decopper a person in 8 weeks. The free copper test# is 279071 at lab corp locations in Oklahoma. The # may differ in your state or lab. This is different than a normal serum copper test. This free copper test will measure the amount of unbound free copper contained in the serum copper. Usage patents to treat ALS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's schizophrenia, and Tourette's were applied for by a now defunct company called Pipex pharmaceuticals. Dr. Brewer was a consultant to this company. The company went under due to lack of funds and the feet dragging by the FDA who never approved TM for treatment of these conditions. I'm convinced that big pharma is covering up cures, because as you know, they make billions per year treating these things with drugs. A cure would cost them alot of money. Anyway, Good luck and God Bless.

I forgot to mention. If they test your free copper level and it's below normal, this means you still have a problem. In cases of ALS, the brain starts storing the free copper, which causes the blood to become low in free copper. It starts storing the free copper at the basal ganglia part of the brain. Good luck my friend.

Most of it should. The balance of androgens to estrogens will obviously be different between male and female but an imbalance for either gender will cause these effects. The cortisol effects are pretty much the same, meaning chronic stress will cause belly fat in males and females alike. The main difference is that men and women store surface fat in different places, but visceral fat is by definition in the same area. Hope this helps!
