Terima kasih bang! I just change my car one week ago, but I already tried on this VEP issue for many months. Only 2 weeks ago I discover there is a [Deactivate] icon in red at the page of [Manage Your Vehicle], below the [Register a new car] / [Request Vehicle transfer.] After repeated key in the same particular for many many many times. Finally manage to send out all the 4 attachment (including both side of my IC) through email. After that I thought should be able to register my new vehicle, but fill in all my detail again and again and again, until I ready cannot endure anymore. Finally I can only Give up!
Mr. Hassan you hit the nail on the head of the Minister of Transport(JPJ). You are the BEST. This VEP move will certainly affect the commercial/retail business in JOHOR. I go to JB 4-6 times a month......It is so 'Leh Che" to apply for VEP. Ah 'Terok Ah' ......Malaysians you are WELCOME to my Singapore . Too much of personal particulars given to VEP. I am glad I am a Singaporean, My government and LTA is the BEST!
Mr Hassan. You have put in detail the problem we (motorists) encountered. We are law abiding motorists. We did what was told by the VEP authority but faced a lot of problems as mentioned by you in the video. Wrote letters to them but no response. Just to add a little incident I had last week with a Malaysian registered car. On my way to JB at the JB side of the causeway where three lanes merged into one ( a bottle neck case). My car was stationary at the one lane bottle neck. Suddenly a car driven by a woman rammed into my car. She did not come out to apologies and said, "Take photo of my driving license and I/C and make a police report" . Of course I did the necessary things in the JB Traffic Police and Singapore side. Till now, I can not repair my car because I have not got the report from JB Traffic Police with regard to the "accident". So Spore motorists be careful when you are in "Bolehland.
Welcome to the club, I am just lazy to make video like you. But mine was worse. I transfer my license plate, after I scrap the previous car. Problem is, I change car, with old license, but car is exactly the same model. How worse can it be. Cannot deregister the old one, cannot change the VEP info, cannot transfer the VEP tag... WTF!
I submitted my application on 1 June and received the confirmation letter on 16 June. There is no more communication after this. I have written to enquire but received no reply.
Apply bank loan, apply credit card even more easy than this bullsht. Ask for sensitive information such as coe price, engine number, chassis number even insurance details ( maybe Malaysia vehicles no insurance also can get in without being asked) The steps and the way they say after you apply page by page is never an indicator that the application is complete.merry go round 30 times with logging in to check, trying to clarify with email and phone calls is very distressing. Zero planning and half past 6 execution.total disgrace!
I faced exactly the same issue. Super frustrating. We want to cooperate, but Malaysian VEP authorities don’t allow changes or updates on the website, don’t answer emails and the hotline is not usable as no one answers it. I also changed my car and cannot deregister my old car, so I cannot register my new car. I sent many emails and spent already too much $$$ waiting on the line for a hotline response, for nothing. I give up already. Cannot drive into Malaysia after Oct 1 unless there is a U-turn.
Why can’t they appoint a few establishment in Singapore to issue and place the VEP locally? They can review and approve these establishment and even if they charge $100 per vehicle, if it is a faster process, Singaporeans I believe will still pay..
@@Tctze agree with you 100%! Just appoint a few agents in SG to issue the VEP tags. This will definitely solve all those frustrating problems faced by VEP Tags applicants. Also importantly will ensure first time applicants will be able to get their VEPTags in SG, otherwise how are such applicants able to getvthe tags if they do not have the VEP Tags to enter JB to go to TCSens-JB to collect their tags?
Ii did now change car! my carr VEP expired and I couldn't renew or even apply for a neew VEP. Like u menntion, the JPJ system is a failure. It keep saying "Error! you have previously registered and cannot proceed" Similiar email them is useless.
For simple cases (brand new application and renewal), the system works. For others, example, you bought a resale car but previous owner didn't terminate the old tag, you will be stuck.
My case slightly different. I have my VEP done at 2019. This year my VEP expire and we tried to renew and cannot be done. We have follow whatever steps that state on the Malaysia VEP website and waited for months and nothing is being done. Anyone face this problem and able to resolve please share. Thank you.
Hi, if the VEP is link to the TnGo apps, then how will I drive my brother's car to JB ? The TnGO apps need facial recognition in order to enter the apps. If I can't access the TnGo apps while driving his car, how will I know if the TnGo wallet have enough money. This is damn confusing.
Bro! Malaysia where got system? Everyone laughing at them ! Want to implement like you mentioned make it functional for us to apply. I also gave up after trying ! So many obstacles along the way!! Mr loke make himself a laughing stock by making such statement! While let’s wait and see!! To begin with I don’t think he know how to apply! Just talk only la!! Phuii aah!! 😂😂
Dato Mechanic Besar, your army buddy here. Since 2016 I have approval but was never told I can come down and collect. Hahahaha...2024, I de-registered my old veh and applied a new one, happy. But issue is still there...approved but pending collection
Yes. The problem is not new. I registered for VEP foe my car in 2000. I missed the email, whuch contain a link to make appointment to install the RFID Tag. This link is valid for 4 days only. I was late for 3 days and the link was not usable. I emailed them for a new link, but noo reply until I gave up. Like you, I just entered Malaysia using the T&G and all was fine and Malaysia government drop the bomb to make it mandatory from Oct 1st. Now I managed to login the the appointment website. I saw my vehicle info and application there. There was a button labelled RFID application. I clicked it. It led me to a page to confirm all the needed information. Finally, I clicked Submit. I got an error message that my T&G account was not active How can this be? I have an active T&G account that has my required Sgp mobile phone number and my SGP NRIC number and they are the same as in my VEP application. Now I am stuck with it? Should I go to the VEP office in JB to get it done? I heard that there is a service fee of RM40 to do it and it us on top of the RM10 for the RFID Tag.
Malaysia koyak lah. JPJ and their Vendor, TCSENS website really koyak. I cant even deactivate my previous car as such the new owner cant register. Many more issues lah. Really koyak rabak. Minister pls check at your VEP n TCSens staffs what are they doing.
same story as CYBERJAYA , all those VIP and ceremony and press releases, so much hot air. it now empty. Nothing actually happened. Zero mile stone to speak of. So much talk and more talk. Destroyed the railway just to spite the neighbour, but resulted in significant shipping issues. NOW wants to start railway to Singapore World busiest port. Cargo all the way to China.
After a month of no visitors from Singapore their businesses will pressure the Transport Ministry to retract and revisit their decision. The problem will resolve itself in a few months. In the meantime Don't drive into Malaysia.
Those die hard will most possibly will get scam you free secure give copy of NRIC front and back, passport, your photo all in colour, insurance and log card
Hmmm not sure why many complains here, registration process is OK for me leh, no major issue encountered. And they sent my RFID by post for just 10 Myr, across the boarder you know.
I guess you are first time applying this VEP which have no problem. for those existing VEP holder which we have to de-register and apply new one,, we are still stuck at de-registration 😅😅😅
I submitted for renewal of my current vep tag. Received their "VEP Tag Renewal Confirmation Slip. But could not collect new VEP Tag with it at TCSens-JB.
@@luckyx69 10 Myr only for sending new tag to you? What about any service charge etc which I read somewhere is around Rm 40+ for sending tag to you in SG.
Actually i want to finish watching your video and i got so excited about your title. First 5 sec of your video I shut it off because you said “let’s get to the point” and then you went to talk about your so called no sugar Pepsi! This is so DUH! Sorry mate… better video next time.
Terima kasih bang!

I emailed to them many many times. But all in vain.
This is exactly what I am facing. Thank for speaking up
