This was the first dough recipe I tried. Since then, I have tried many different dough recipes, with biga, poolish, etc. But this one was by far the best one and the most consistent perfect results. Also one of the easiest to follow! Thank you!

my first time making a pizza - and thanks to you Nicko, it was a big success! I didn't find dried yeast so i used 40grams of fresh yeast. Before seeing this video, i never even thought i could make it myself. You aren't just cooking, you are giving us hope and motivation to start cooking and learn new things. And we love you for that! How does it taste compared to store bought pizza crust or the crust on franchise/delivery pizza's?... Here in the U.S you can buy pizza dough at the grocery but I Niko is such a awesome cook I just assume his version would taste better... So was it better, worse, or the same taste?

u can add a bit more sugar as this gives brownish colour to the dough when u cook it.also for those who like it little crispy u can add a little milk( just a tiny bit)

This fog bunny is a daft tosser. Use this: 450g Bread Flour, 270g Water, 12g Sugar, 2g Salt, 2g Active Dry Yeast, 27.5g Olive Oil. Mix for six minutes in a mixer with a dough hook. Makes two 14" pies. You're welcome.

and for more good measurements cuz lot of ppl maybe use 200ml cup more or less
for 1kg flour u need about 1 tsp salt, 2 spoons sugar, 4 spoons olive oil, 40 gr of yeast, and with the water 300-400 ml of worm water. the best way its to measure the flour in a cup of your choise and see how many until 1kg. ah and dont forget u can olso use egg if u like but not more then 1 big egg for 1kg flour

I used to always make my own pizza dough and have the bread maker do the kneading of the dough but since moving to Florida the humidity here has thrown me off and it either turns out too wet (then of course you add more flour) or too dry. So now I cheat and buy pizza dough in the bakery at the market for $2.50 LOL. This was great video Nicko as always.

Do you still get around in a Conestoga Wagon? Do you still do your wash with that "good ol' washboard at the crick"? All hand-kneading does is make you sweat, which can wind up on your pie when you slap or toss. Kitchenaid, baby!

How do you get this dough to last to the next day. Every time I make dough if I don’t use it right away what I make turns into a brick. The dough is always hard. I know I have made several mistakes including using to much yeast but it would be nice to have dough for the next day.

some say you can use baking powder but I wouldnt because with pizza the yeast is needed for that great texture and taste, substituting it will make it more like a biscuit eww
