I just took the pizza out the oven and it is literally gone.😳 I made a 16’ pizza. Your recipe was SO PRECISE with the measurements! Didn’t have to use a lot of dishes at all. Excellent recipe!! Will be making this all the time. God bless and stay safe👍🏼

I made this last night after I had watched many videos on how to make pizza dough. The ingredents are perfect for one large pizza. Unlike other videos that make too much. It was very easy to make and if you follow his directions on spreading the dough on the pan it comes out perfect. I also like your voice, it's so relaxing.
Thank you so much!! What I love about you is that you go straight to the point! You don't be like some people making an hour video for a 10 minute meal!! Thanks keep it up! And make some more videos love ya!!!! You should have your own cooking show, the way you explain the process you make it look so easy to cook and follow your instructions! ❤️👌🏼🙌🏼😘
I made this. It came out PERFECT. This is my new go-to pizza dough recipe. Only thing is, 2 cups of flour was not enough. The dough was waaaayyy too sticky. So I used about 2 and a half cups of flour in total. But it came out golden, soft and delicious. Update: Made it a second time and two cups was perfect. 😁
I made this pizza dough today and it was perfect!! Take note, I doubled the measurement and it's good for 12-15 people. Thank you for sharing this recipe 💗
This is the best recipe ever! :-) my husband and I enjoyed homemade pizza that I made today. I used my cast iron frying pan and made a deep dish. The bake time was about 4 minutes more(bcoz of the cast iron) My husband prefers thin crust pizza but when he tasted this.... we chowed-down LOL. Thank you! Delicious, delicious, delicious!😋😋😋🍕🍕🍕

I've also been making rolls with it and they work well too. AND best of all they are not fattening for me. They're quite low in Weight Watcher points as they are not too high in flour or oil I make the rolls by splitting the dough into 8 pieces after kneading, rolling each into a ball, and placing on an oiled pan to rise. Just wanted to chime in and say this is the perfect pizza dough recipe. I've made it a dozen times now. After I get it mixed I dump it on the counter and really go crazy kneading it for a good few minutes until it's really smooth. I also let it rise for 3 or 4 hours sometimes.

A few tips. 1. Add salt and oil AFTER the yeast has bloomed, it’s okay to add some flour to the water, sugar and yeast but you want it to still be a liquid. 2. Let the yeast really get going, 3 hours minimum. 3. Add oil, salt and flour to make a dough after the yeast has fully bloomed, it’s not just aeration but flavour we’re looking for. 4. (5 if you want sourdough but be sure every step is sterile) 6. If using a hot stone or steel roll or form ball into desired shape; totally flat or with a raised crust. If using a cold pizza tray/pan allow 1 hour for dough to reach room temperature and rise again after forming it and placing it in the tray/pan. Always oil the tray/pan. 7. If you want it thinest and crispiest pre bake for 5 mins and flip before add toppings and cooking. REM last step in #6. 9. Use a bit of oil on the top of the base to prevent it going soggy. I really hope this helps you make your perfect pizza.

I only kneaded mine for 5mins actually haha And i bake mine at max (240°c)for like 12mins or so or if i notice my crust already toasted. Bake it not to close to the fire so it won't burn. If u want it thin crust, roll it THIN, like 4mm thick and when u like it thick, not more than a cm because it'll double in thickness haha😊 i hope it helps if ever u wanna try something new😊💗 jst let me know afterr💗

This is my go to pizza dough recipe now. For anyone that decides to use some whole wheat flour (I use half whole wheat and half white flour) I find that you need a bit more olive oil (double the olive oil) and sometimes even a bit more water. Thank you so much for posting this recipe!
Made this for the 1st time tonight. 10/10. This will definitely be my go to pizza crust. I really enjoy the slight sweetness the crust has. I baked mine in a pizza pan that already had holes in the bottom (I still added your step of poking holes).....I kept baking it for probably an additional 10-12 mins to get it to the crispiness I wanted.
Finally I found an excellent video on how to do a bread product. Going to see if you've made any other ones. Thanks, from someone who doesn't like to bake.
Here's the cups and temperatures in non-american measurements: 180 ml warm water (about 37.7 °C) 240 g all-purpose or plain flour (could be up to 300g if the cups are crammed, also I'm not entirely sure about the density of the flour used. @Crouton Crackerjacks, would you mind weighing the cups of flour for me to shed some light on this?^^) Oven temperature would be at 232.2 °C.
@@simpleton8554 please be open minded. I'm an American geek that prefers a logical measuring system when it comes to baking. I grew up with my dad using the empirical system but as a grownup, I much prefer what makes sense when it comes to making bread that needs specific measurements of liquids, powders, and oils and fats on occasions. Peace out.
Pizza is my favorite dish, and I have to tell you this is one of the easiest and best homemade pizza crust videos I have seen. I will definitely make this. Thank you!!! ❤! Big thumbs up and I subscribed!
I have to say I gave this dough a really good test tonight. It it passed this test, it can pass anything! LOL My oven is dying on me. A new one is coming this week, but I decided I wanted PIZZA, so I gave the recipe a try tonight anyway. So I put in my pizza stone and trying to preheat my oven to 550F. 4 1/2 hours later it was still preheating, so I decided that's likely as hot as it would get. Couldn't be TOO hot as I had set it to the highest temperature the stove goes to and it would not get there. If the temperature was too low, I figured it would just take longer. Not the ideal conditions to try a new recipe. It DID take longer to cook, but it did in the end cook to perfection. Even in those conditions, it was the best pizza crust I ever made. And definitely the one I intend to keep using from now on. ON the pizza stone it was amazing, Crissy on the outside, soft on the inside. And the taste itself of it was excellent. And of course it rose beautifully too. For some reason the 2 cups of flour tonight was more than I needed. I ended up with closer to 1 3/4. Could be because it was jjust an extremely hot and humid day today. Really fun to make too. I love working with yeast. :-) Very impressed wtih this recipe. It is my pizza crust recipe from now on. And thank you so much for posting it. I just love it.
Ok, where did you get your pans, I need a few. This is Wonderful, and it looks beautiful too. I'm going to your pepperoni pizza and copy that recipe too. Thank you!
Sheila6325 I got this pan at a restaurant supply house. I buy almost all my kitchen stuff there because it's heavy-duty stuff and it's cheaper than walmart and it's quality stuff that lasts forever. Look in the yellow pages for a store close to you. Most cities have one or two open to the public. Hope that helps!
This is great. I use only this recipe for our pizza doe now, and I can't thank-you enough for posting it. It's the best one of all the others out here I've watched. Thank-You!
@Crouton crackerjacker Do I boil the water ?And if I wanted to make my dough a day before could I store it in the refrigerator with saran wrap then the next day let it get room temperature before I put the toppings on ???
+Linda Harrison Get the water between 110 - 120 F DO not boil. Yes if you store it in the fridge it actually makes it taste better in many peoples opinion. It just takes longer to rise in the fridge.

The best pizza crust recipe I've come across in years
I absolutely love love this recipe it’s incredible I’ve tried others but this one for sure is the best one I’ve tried.
I salute you on how easy and smooth you present your recipe! You get right to the point; doesn't take you alllll day to get your point across! Some chefs take alllll year to show how to make a burger! So glad I met you! I'll be around forever! THANK YOU, SIR!
I just made this dough last night and it was amazing! Really, really delicious. And the leftovers were great too. Thank you so much for this recipe!
My headache of looking for pizza dough recipes are over.... Its perfectly awesome .... thanks so much...
I used your recipe today it turned out great,Thank you for sharing
I already tried it and it turns up REALLY WELL!! The crust is really crunchy but there's only one thing. My dough became so sticky so i add another one cup of flour. Btw, i love your channel!! Really easy to follow and less talking.
I hade this dough and it was delicious!!! I made a crust with cheese in it and that was pretty much heaven! The sauce I made wasn’t so good so that kinda ruined it but the dough was very good! And I will 200% make this again!
Honestly this is the only video of yours I’ve watched but you’re a good guy for this.
This recipe was wonderful! I just made one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had.
Used this recepie many times and it works every time. Thank you for sharing it
I hardly ever make my own dough. Now I'm adding pizza to list to make this week. Thanks Jason!
5 years ago this was posted, yet still an amaziiiing recipe! 😊😻💗 im using this for my business and people looove it! Youre the best! I hope your doing great and thank you for posting💓
oh really! wow? Thats awesome! How long do you kneed it for?
And is your rising time 2 hours as well?
@@juleyl.5266 i risen mine for 30mins-1hr and its still good bug i'll share my nee found recipe, i hope youll try it😊 *this makes the bread soft*
Put 2x of yeast and 1 egg😊 i use my dough like 30mins rested and it comes out great still! 💗💗
@@xarenarnejx1792 I am afraid of using more yeast. My delema is that I've tried that before and it ends up tasting yeasty. I am like so running from that right now. But i will try the addition of the egg though. The flour you used is regular all purpose flour?
@@juleyl.5266 yes i did use all purpose came out great still.
I understand u but if ever u wanna try my recipe, i swear it won't really taste yeasty promise, heres my ingredients:
2-3cups of flour
3/4 cup warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 egg
2 tbsp of oil
1 ½ tbsp of sugar
½ tsp salt
You can rest in 30mins minimum and 24 hrs max until u see it doubled in size. I only kneaded mine for 5mins actually haha
And i bake mine at max (240°c)for like 12mins or so or if i notice my crust already toasted.
@@juleyl.5266 sorry, i am just too happy to share😅 i hope u'll love it! 😊
I just tried this recipe today and it came out PERFECT! thank you so much

Thank you Sir telling us wonderful perfect ingredients of making dough .I made pizza today first time really surprised to see very testy dough Thanks once again
This the only pizza crust recipe I use. Works every-time like a chime. I’m not sure what’s been going on in your person life, but I hope that you get back to cooking & making videos. There’s a lot of people who really appreciate & love your content:) have a good night man 🌙
Love your videos! I would love to see a thin crust pizza dough recipe from you! Thank you!
I'd just divide the dough in half, and make two 16" pizzas. I'm with you: thin crust, lots of gooey cheese with pepperoni.
I've been using this recipe for years it is so goodd❤️❤️
you explain and did in the way that everybody understood , from now on i can make my own pizza . just simple as you did thank you for sharing.
Thank you for the recipe!!
I just made this and it came out PERFECT!! everyone loved it.
♡♡♡♡
I made this tonight and it was so gooood! A staple in my house from now on!!
Here's the cups and temperatures in non-american measurements:
180 ml warm water (about 37.7 °C)
240 g all-purpose or plain flour (could be up to 300g if the cups are crammed, also I'm not entirely sure about the density of the flour used. @Crouton Crackerjacks, would you mind weighing the cups of flour for me to shed some light on this?^^)
Oven temperature would be at 232.2 °C.
Förster44 .thanks so much.this is so helpful!!👍💕❤
Ugh how stupid
Oh my god. Thank you!
Peace out.
i've tried several other dough recipes and they always don't work but I can guarantee you that this one actually works. I've made it 3 times already.
I made this pizza and my whole family fell inlove with 😍😍😍thank you sooooooo much 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Thanks so much for the recipe. I made it today and it came out fantastically fabulous. My family loved it!! 😊
Just made this a couple hours ago;
Perfect crust, my new favorite, thanks for this!
I just made mine and it was great. Thank you so much!! Looks so professional OMG
I added oregano to the dough! amazing.
Sounds nice
My 11-year-old girl followed your recipe, it was very tasty, Gracias (thanks) for sharing it with us.
Thanks for the pizza crust recipe.
I have to say I gave this dough a really good test tonight. It it passed this test, it can pass anything! LOL
My oven is dying on me.
Very impressed wtih this recipe. It is my pizza crust recipe from now on. And thank you so much for posting it. I just love it.
The topping was awesome, and the bread was nice too!
Perfect every time. Don't know how anyone cannot like this.
Its good i come across your channel. Really good for 3 people. Its so easy to follow. More power. God bless for finding you
you make homemade pizza just like my mom !
*like the night before *
+Linda Harrison Get the water between 110 - 120 F DO not boil. Yes if you store it in the fridge it actually makes it taste better in many peoples opinion. It just takes longer to rise in the fridge.
+Casanova612 thank you !!
Got u girl.
