Cheers Rob. I really appreciate the time you have taken to help out new users. Your use of sarcasm is not lost either - much easier to listen to than a sterile robotic delivery. Thanks.
Just followed your video and made my first frame using frame generator. It was super easy, thanks for the tutorial!
Muchas gracias. Muy buen tutorial. Thank you.
Thanks Rob, good tutorial.
Like it,
Andreas
Very well done tutor.
very well done the clearest one i saw LOU
thank you very much!
Great!!!
HI
good job!!!
could you please tell me how you change "view" smoothly like you did here in this tutorial? i mean it looks you adjust the view by keyboard..
I followed your frame generator tutorial and really enjoyed it, but was sad to see there was not a catalog for wood shapes. Is it possible to make a catalog of wood shapes? I saw the video on creating a custom library with the castellated beam, but how would you start from scratch?
I believe it is the SpacePilot Pro. He said it in an earlier video.
If I miter or trim, do I have to weld manually later or can i just weld quick with a tool?
Very Helpful. But what happens when you get an problem encounter while executing frame insert command? It won't let me open it. Failed to read data from Content Center. Any ideas? Thanks.
do you have a video on how to design wind turbine blades?
Can you tell me what kind of trackball are you using? Thank you
Can you make a video to show how to do simulation
I can't find Frame Generator in Inventor 2014!
You said any type of framing. What about wooden framing? Please help Rob!
its possible to make 2 frame in 1 assembly file?
I'm a second year student and I need help designing a gear box .
Has anyone noticed that if you offset sections in FG that the model becomes inaccurate? If I increase the decimals in the units of measurements and measure from one section to another, I will get a result of eg: 699.9999 instead of 700.0000. Even when the frame surface model is 100% accurate. I noticed this when I converted an idw to a dwg where I have 8 decimal places.
Sir, your video helped a lot, except that you are too fast, do things in seconds such the miter or the trim function you showed in this video. For a beginner like me, it becomes challenge able to catch up with you.
since most fabricators would choose to mitre, why isn't this the default?
where is lesson one. please
Fundamental flaw is that when using Vault Professional 2014...Dont work....You need to renumber ever member for a copy file.....
Hello Guys please can someone sell me autodesk invention second hand ?
as i know rob is using 3d mouse.
A lot of steps are skipped. Video should be called something other than "fundamentals"
Nice videos, but 30 second intros are way too long. Just throw up a title and get to it.
I'm sorry, but you were almost unbearable to watch in this video, I was irritated by listening to you talk so I was hard to actually take anything away from the video.
then go watch another video... how could you complain about a nice person helping others to save weeks of work learning this shit?
