You never forget your first gundam you fell for
Right since I was a kid and seen this when it was new also gundam wing zero.
Wing Zero was always my favorite. But deathscythe hell was right behind it.

Wing 01 ❤️ I just love how the wings looked, 00 was cool and all but I missed how much of a jet fighter it looked
I always felt bad when Wing and Deathsythe got destroyed. The first Deathsythe was one of my favorite mobile suits.
It was Heavyarms and Deathscythe for me. They were my favorites from Wing.

At least deathscythe got some love and action.
Literally NO ONE gave a shit about OG Wing gundam. It was such a throw away suit for the main title gundam. EVERYONE respected wing zero because of its raw power/output and zero system.... but that was a completely different build- other gumdams got upgrades but wing was shat on all season long

The whole reason behind my love of scythe weapons is the Deathscythe.

This gundam is the mobile suit embodiment of psychological warfare.
This huge machine can just stand right next to you and you wouldn't know it since you rely on radar and cameras to see and Deathscythe has a coating to absorb radarwaves and a hyperjammer to mess with any type of surveillance equipment.
Suddenly your comrades get cut down one by one and the only thing you see for yourself is a silhoutte of what is like the mech version of the grim reaper.
Any who survive an encounter with this thing would be traumatized for life and would jump at any shadow they would spot out of the corner of their eye.
By far the absolute COOLEST pilot Duo and the MOST KICK ASS GUNDAM EVER!!! Instant Fan Fav!!!
Deathsythe stands as my favorite Gundam ever. If I could write his story I will make him one of the most anticipated & exciting Gundam ever! I mean EVEEEEER!!!

No, he was arguably the weakest, only above Quatre. Heero was the best, followed by Trowa and Wufei.
@@TheIllustriouBlueJay Heero said it himself, during a scene he used Duo as a pilot to infiltrate a base in the movies...You really think Quatra could take on both Mercurius and Vayeate together using Heroo and Trowa pilot data. There's a reason Duo said they should have used his.
Nah I gotta agree with the other dude, duo isn't the best (overall) but he is well rounded and excels at infiltrations and SUDDEN strikes out of nowhere.
Overall I'd say heero>trowa>wufei or duo, but duo is way more reliable and won't sudden ly go on some insane sidequest or play turncoat to the enemy for god knows what odd reason 😂>quatra..

This was the first ever gundam I was introduced to. Not through the show or anything, my mom just found a kit of it from goodwill when I was a kid that was missing pieces but was mostly built, I didn’t know what it was and the joins were loose, so I threw it away. A shame too, since I did like it’s design

The 2nd one has double beams on the scythe plus a shield that can be used as a missile. The 3rd one only has 1 beam on the scythe and that's it. How is the 3rd one stronger and better? More badass looking? Yes!!!

I loved the Gundam Wing scene and by favorite gundam was wing gundam 01 that was my favorite Model at that time it was I liked them all Models and I still do. I liked wing gundam 01 I liked how it moved and how it looked it was beautiful suit for me wing gundam 01 I liked how it looked as suit not so much as jet fighter it was ok being jet gave me wing gundam 01 any day and Wing gundam 01 hand lots of fire power on it even with beam cannon it had on it when wing gundam 01 fired it's beam cannon at someone or something it was not around long at all I loved everything about wing gundam 01. I like it's colors on it was white and blue and yellow eyes on it I liked winged Zero but not as much or I liked wing gundam 01it was Gorgeous suit for me and I know it's not real but it's still Gorgeous to me.

Deathscythe is badass, period. If Batman's gonna have a Batmech, it's Deathscythe but Deathscythe Hell Custom, the 3rd one from Endless Waltz is a clear downgrade of the 2nd one like Wing Gundam Zero Custom unlike Heavy Arms Custom, Nataku and Sandrock. Why tho...

I used to love this show when I was in middle school and recently tried to rewatch it. The nostalgia couldn't carry it. This show sucked, but I still like watching the scenes of impervious Gundams laying waste to mass produced shit over and over again.
